The Els Club Padel

The Els Club Padel sits inside The Els Club Dubai at Dubai Sports City, PO Box 111123, Dubai, UAE. The Ernie Els-designed championship resort lies just off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) in Al Hebiah Fourth, with quick access from Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the wider Sports City precinct.

The two padel courts sit beside the driving range, run by Tennis Health World Dubai under the THW partnership, and are open to members and walk-on players via Playtomic. The wider resort was named Best Golf Course in the UAE and Dubai at the 2025 World Golf Awards.

The padel courts

The venue runs two padel courts positioned next to the Els Club driving range. Both are floodlit for evening play, which is how the courts can stay open until 23:00 in line with the operator’s published schedule. Live court layouts and slot times appear on the Playtomic booking flow.

Players who have booked online can walk straight to the court without checking in at reception, which keeps turnaround quick during back-to-back slots. Racket hire is available at the Country Club reception and a small holding area near the courts is used for warm-ups and changeovers.

Booking padel and access

Court reservations run exclusively through Playtomic. You can book a court on Playtomic for any 60 or 90 minute slot, with live rates shown at the booking step. The published operating window is daily 06:00 - 23:00.

Equipment add-ons are straightforward. Padel rackets rent at AED 30 per session against an Emirates ID security deposit, and a tube of three padel balls is AED 30 from the Country Club reception. Court fees themselves are shown at the booking step on Playtomic.

Free on-site parking sits across the Country Club car park, and the Dubai Sports City road network around the ICC Academy and Hamdan Sports Complex makes the venue easy to reach from Motor City, Arabian Ranches and Jumeirah Golf Estates.

Padel programme and social

At present the venue is focused on pay-and-play court hire rather than a full league or tournament calendar. The official site states that organised social play, leagues and tournaments are planned for the near future as the operator builds the padel community.

Coaching enquiries are handled directly by the operator. Padel lessons and clinics can be requested via email or phone rather than booked from a public price list. There is no membership requirement to play padel - bookings are open to members and visitors on the same terms.

Best for padel in Dubai

The Els Club Padel suits players who want a relaxed, resort-style padel experience inside a wider golf and country club destination. You can stack a court hour against a swim, a gym session, or dinner at 261 Bar and Restaurant or Big Easy Bar and Grill afterwards.

The 06:00 opening time also makes it a useful early-morning venue for residents of Dubai Sports City, Motor City and Jumeirah Golf Estates who want to play before work, before the daytime heat hits the outdoor courts.

It is less suited to players hunting a high-volume, multi-court padel club with continuous mix-ins, an in-house coaching academy and a full league season - that depth is still being built. Visitors who only need rackets and balls can rent at the Country Club.

The venue’s location inside an award-winning golf resort means F&B, changing rooms, lockers and WiFi are all on tap as part of the wider club facilities, which makes it a strong fit for visiting players staying in the western Dubai corridor.

Padel coaching is offered on request through Tennis Health World Dubai, which runs the courts under the THW partnership. There is no published padel coaching price card - lessons and clinics are arranged directly with the operator.
