Vida Del Padel - Guisborough

Vida Del Padel - Guisborough is a two-court indoor padel venue at 5 South Buck Way, Cleveland Gate Business Park, Guisborough TS14 7DL. It opened in July 2025 as the newest dedicated padel destination in the North East of England.

The club is part of the wider Vida Del Padel chain founded by Ross, Cory and Jan, with sister sites in Hartlepool, Lincoln, Sheffield and Chichester. The unit sits on a modern business park just off the A171, a short drive from Guisborough town centre and within easy reach of Middlesbrough, Redcar and the wider Tees Valley.

The wider chain can be reached at info@vidadelpadel.com or via the venue page, and the local WhatsApp group keeps regulars in touch about spare slots and social nights.

The padel courts

The club is built around two full-size double padel courts in a climate-controlled indoor unit. Both are panoramic-style courts with full glass back walls, allowing spectators in the mezzanine lounge above to watch every rally from the gallery.

Indoor play means sessions go ahead in rain, wind and the cold North Yorkshire winters that often interrupt outdoor venues. LED lighting keeps the courts evenly lit from the 06:00 opening through to the 23:00 close, with no glare and no sun delays.

Courts are bookable individually as Court 1 and Court 2 via Playtomic, which is the source of truth for live availability. A ball vending machine on site removes the usual scramble for a fresh tube, and free rackets are available to hire from reception so first-time players can turn up and play without buying gear.

Booking and access

All court bookings run through Playtomic, where live slot pricing, peak and off-peak rates and any open social slots are shown at the booking step. The club opens 06:00 to 23:00 every day of the week.

The VDP Black Card exclusive membership at twenty pounds unlocks member-only court pricing, priority booking windows ahead of general release, exclusive events and cross-club perks at every other Vida Del Padel site. Casual pay-and-play players can book any open slot without committing to a membership.

Free on-site parking, disabled access, lockers and WiFi cover the basics, and male and female changing rooms with showers let players head straight on to dinner in town after a session.

Programme and social

In-house coach Reggie Taylor runs the Friday and Saturday coaching block at Vida Del Padel Guisborough. Sessions cover first-time tasters for complete beginners, small-group clinics focused on movement and game play, one-to-one and one-to-two private lessons, and a junior programme for kids and teens.

Drills and matchplay nights add a higher-intensity option for improvers who want repetitions rather than instruction in a structured padel format. Email info@vidadelpadel.com to enquire about block bookings or junior holiday camps.

The mezzanine lounge above the courts is the social heart of the club, with TVs showing live sport, table tennis tables, food and drink vending and lounge seating that turns the wait between matches into a hangout for the whole crew.

The chain leans into a Spanish lifestyle theme of afro-house music and Balearic visuals, and the VDP Rewards app rolls loyalty points across every visit to any Vida Del Padel site. A local WhatsApp community group keeps regulars connected between sessions.

Best for

Best for North East players who want guaranteed indoor padel without the weather risk of outdoor courts, beginners who can rock up with hired rackets and learn under Reggie Taylor, and Vida Del Padel members visiting from Hartlepool or Sheffield.

The 06:00 to 23:00 hours suit early-shift workers from the Tees Valley industrial belt, lunchtime players from Guisborough town centre and after-work groups from Middlesbrough equally. Free parking on the business park means no fight for spaces in town and easy access for kit-laden players.
