PADELHUB Crawley

PADELHUB Crawley sits at Unit 4 Link 23, Nursery Lane, off the A23 Warninglid junction, postcode RH17 5JS. The site is roughly eight miles south of Crawley town and a similar distance north of Haywards Heath, putting it within easy reach of the M23, Three Bridges and Haywards Heath railway stations, and the wider Sussex commuter belt.

The venue is part of the wider PADELHUB network, which also runs sites in Slough, Reading, Epsom, Southampton, Tunbridge Wells and North London. The Crawley club brings padelhub crawley padel to the gap between Gatwick and the South Downs, with a single warehouse-style building wrapping the courts, changing rooms, a gym, a cafe and a pro shop into one stop.

The padel courts

PADELHUB Crawley operates six doubles courts in total: five fully enclosed indoor courts under the main roof and one outdoor court on the same site. The indoor courts are panoramic glass-back builds with LED lighting and synthetic grass surfaces typical of the PADELHUB rollout, designed for year-round play regardless of Sussex weather.

The outdoor court adds a lower-cost option for casual sessions and warm-weather play. Court walls are tempered glass with metal mesh on the side panels, giving spectators clear sightlines and players consistent ball rebound. Racket and ball hire are available at reception for newcomers, alongside a stocked pro shop for kit purchases.

Court hire is pay-and-play through Playtomic. Off-peak indoor rates start at about £20 for 30 minutes (around £5 per player), rising to roughly £60 for a 90-minute slot (about £15 per player). Peak indoor sessions sit higher, with 30 minutes at around £40 and 90 minutes at around £120 per court at the busiest evening and weekend windows.

The outdoor court is cheaper off-peak, starting near £5 for 30 minutes and £15 for 90 minutes. You can book a court on Playtomic up to several days ahead, with live availability and cancellation handled in-app. Reception phone is 07594 174730 and email enquiries go to RH17@padelhub.uk.

Padel programme and social

Coaching at PADELHUB Crawley is delivered in-house by a team that includes Karen Hazzard, Alex Darlington and Neil Partington, covering adult beginner blocks, intermediate clinics, junior sessions and one-to-one private lessons. The venue runs coaching through its PADELHUB academy - see the coaching tab for tiers and pricing.

Beyond lessons, the club hosts mix-in social nights, in-house leagues and seasonal tournaments aimed at members and pay-and-play players alike. The on-site cafe and bar give players somewhere to sit between matches, and the integrated gym lets members combine padel sessions with strength and conditioning work in a single visit.

Best for padel in Crawley and Mid Sussex

This venue suits Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and Horsham players who want a single indoor destination with reliable bookings, in-house coaching and added gym, cafe and pro shop convenience. Membership packages add discounted court fees, coaching credits, gym access and event invites for regular players.

It is less of a fit if you want central-Crawley walking access (the site is on the A23 corridor, not in the town centre) or if you prefer purely outdoor play - five of the six courts are indoors. For frequent padel in the Gatwick-to-South-Downs corridor, though, padelhub crawley padel rates and the multi-court setup make it a strong base.
