About Let’s Go Padel Newry

Let’s Go Padel Newry is a four-court indoor padel hall at Unit 4, Greenbank Industrial Estate, Ballinacraig Way, Newry BT34 2QU. The site sits a few minutes from the A1 Belfast to Dublin corridor and the A2 ring, giving easy access from Banbridge, Warrenpoint and the wider Mourne area.

It is part of Let’s Go Padel, Northern Ireland’s largest padel operator, founded by Pete Boyle of Let’s Go Hydro to grow the sport across the region. The Newry club brings the south of the country its first dedicated padel hall, alongside sister venues in Carryduff, Belfast, Ballyclare, Omagh and Derry.

Newry fills an obvious gap for players in Down and south Armagh who previously had to travel to Belfast or Dublin for proper indoor courts. The format mirrors the rest of the chain: pay and play through Playtomic, low-friction social mix-ins, and weekend coaching sessions for newcomers.

The padel courts

Let’s Go Padel Newry has four indoor panoramic courts: two full-size doubles courts (Padel 1 and Padel 2) and two singles courts (Padel 3 and Padel 4). The singles courts give the venue a real point of difference - they are still rare in the UK and Ireland and open up 1v1 training and shorter-format play.

All four are fully enclosed indoor courts with LED lighting and panoramic end-glass for clean sightlines. The building is a converted industrial unit on the Greenbank estate, giving the courts a high warehouse-style roof and dry, weather-proof play all year round.

Booking and access

All courts are booked through Playtomic. You can book a court on Playtomic in 60 or 90 minute slots, with live rates shown at the booking step. Peak evenings and weekend mornings book up fastest, so it is worth checking a few days ahead.

Opening hours are Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00, with the last bookable slot around 21:30 depending on session length. Standard Playtomic cancellation terms apply - cancel free up to the cut-off window shown on the booking, after which the slot is non-refundable.

Contact for the venue runs through the central Let’s Go Padel team at padel@letsgohydro.com. The site has free parking on the industrial estate, changing rooms and WiFi on site, so it is straightforward to drop in after work or between meetings.

Programme and social padel

The Newry club runs the Let’s Go Padel Smash and Social Saturdays format every Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00, a relaxed mix-in for beginners and experienced players who want a hit without organising a four. It is the easiest entry point for anyone new to the venue or the sport.

The venue runs coaching through the Let’s Go Padel academy - see the coaching tab for tiers and pricing. Junior sessions and clinics also rotate through Newry; check the Playtomic events feed or the venue Instagram for the current schedule.

Larger tournaments and league nights move between sites across the Let’s Go Padel network, with Newry hosting south-region fixtures as the local league calendar develops. Equipment hire is available on site for first-timers, so you do not need to invest in a racket before turning up.

Best for padel in Newry

Let’s Go Padel Newry is the obvious pick for players in south Down, south Armagh and across the border in north Louth who want consistent indoor courts without a Belfast or Dublin drive. The two singles courts make it especially appealing for coaches and improving players who want 1v1 reps.

It is less suited to players hunting a full racket club experience with bar, restaurant and pro shop on site - this is a focused padel facility, not a multi-sport hub. For everyone else looking for clean, well-lit courts and easy app booking, it is the strongest option in the Newry catchment.
