Feat4 Belfast is a 5-court indoor padel build at 39 Boucher Road, Belfast (BT12 6HR), opening summer 2026. The £1.5m project takes over the former Ulster Tatler site and includes a gym, recovery studio, cafe and pro shop alongside the courts.
Feat4 Belfast is a five-court indoor padel build at 39 Boucher Road in central Belfast (BT12 6HR), due to open in summer 2026. The £1.5 million project from Northern Ireland-based Feat4 takes over the former Ulster Tatler headquarters, a site that the publisher occupied for over 40 years. The build is part of a wider Feat4 expansion that also includes a planned UK site in Warwick, with the brand operating from its Dungannon headquarters and producing its own padel rackets and apparel alongside running the venues.
The courts
Five indoor padel courts are confirmed in the Belfast planning submission, set within a roughly 31m by 64m building footprint with a 8 to 12 metre roof height. Surface specification and panoramic detail are not yet published. The all-indoor build means weather will never stop a session once the venue is open, and the central Belfast location puts it within easy reach from across the wider city.
Booking and access
Court booking, pricing and opening hours will be confirmed at launch in summer 2026. The Boucher Road site benefits from 24 on-site parking spaces and 10 cycle bays per the planning submission. For pre-launch enquiries, the Feat4 team can be reached at team@feat4.com or via the brand site at feat4.com. Updates on opening date and booking platform are best followed via Feat4’s Instagram @feat4padel.
Programme and social
Beyond the five courts, the Feat4 Belfast build includes a gym, a recovery studio, a cafe and a pro shop, all under one roof. Feat4 has indicated 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 coaching will be part of the offer, with rates and the named coaching team to be confirmed at launch. Members and pay-and-play access details will follow once the venue opens. The site sits as the brand’s flagship Belfast venue with the Dungannon-based Feat4 production line behind it.
Best for
Belfast players watching the city padel scene closely, who want first dibs on bookings at the most central new build of 2026. Less suited to anyone needing a court today, since the venue is not yet operational and is targeted to open mid to late summer 2026.

2 months agoPurchased some of their apparel, was very impressed with the quality. Got in touch directly with them and service was excellent. Can't wait for their courts to open!
