Heywood Sports & Fitness sits at 30 Walcot Road in Diss, two outdoor padel courts that were the first padel facility built anywhere in Norfolk and Suffolk when they opened in summer 2019.

The wider Heywood Sports & Fitness offer brings two refurbished floodlit hard tennis courts, a small gym, the SHOTS SkyTrak golf simulator with private bar, pool table, poker table and big screen TV alongside the padel.

Court hire £40 per hour, bookable through Heywood Sports & Fitness directly. Pay-and-play access alongside Heywood membership rates. Walcot Road location in north-east Diss, immediately next to Diss High School, putting the venue inside reach of Diss, Eye, Harleston and the wider south Norfolk/north Suffolk border catchment with on-site parking.

Programme and social
