Does Padeli take a commission on bookings?
No. Padeli is a directory, not a booking platform. Players book direct with your club through whichever platform you already use (Playtomic, MATCHi, Clubspark, Padel24, direct website). We never take a cut of your booking revenue.
What happens if I cancel my Padeli Featured subscription?
Your listing drops back to Padeli Listed tier and stays live. You lose the Featured badge, priority sort, video, and 30-photo gallery, but the listing itself never gets delisted. Come back any time and re-subscribe to get the paid features back.
Can I switch from monthly to annual (or vice versa)?
Yes. From your account dashboard you can switch billing cadence at any time. Any prorated difference is credited or charged automatically.
What if I run multiple clubs under one brand?
That’s what Padeli Group is for. £99 a month (or £990 a year) covers up to 5 venue listings under one subscription, one login, one bill. Ideal for chains like Padel UK, Rocket Padel, or multi-branch operators.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pounds, US dollars, euros, UAE dirhams, Indonesian rupiah, Australian dollars and Canadian dollars. If your card is issued in a currency we do not list, you will be charged in pounds.
