Norfolk Padel

Norfolk Padel sits at New Barn Waterhouse Farm just outside Fakenham, four covered panoramic padel courts in a purpose-built converted rural barn setting. The independent build serves north Norfolk’s wider catchment, drawing regulars from Fakenham, the north Norfolk coast (Wells, Cromer, Sheringham), King’s Lynn and the wider rural belt.

The courts

Four covered panoramic padel courts at the Waterhouse Farm site. Indoor-style LED lighting through evening play. Roofed for full weather protection year-round. The converted-barn build delivers high ceilings and a distinctive rural-Norfolk character that few padel venues match.

Booking and access

Court hire bookable directly through Norfolk Padel. Pay-and-play access alongside Norfolk Padel membership rates for regulars. New Barn Waterhouse Farm location just outside Fakenham, putting the venue inside reach of Fakenham, Wells-next-the-Sea, Cromer, Sheringham, King’s Lynn and the wider north Norfolk rural catchment with on-site parking.

Open six days a week from 6:30am to 10pm (Tuesday closes 8:30pm). Phone 01328 314003.

Programme and social

The Waterhouse Farm rural setting brings a relaxed, independent-club feel alongside the four-court roster. Daily mix-ins, beginner socials and structured group lessons run through the in-house Norfolk Padel coaching programme. The early 6:30am opening supports pre-work sessions for north Norfolk regulars. Group bookings, parties and corporate events handled directly through the venue. Tournament play and league competitions through the calendar.

Best for

Fakenham, Wells, Cromer, Sheringham, King’s Lynn and the wider north Norfolk rural catchment players who want covered indoor padel close to the coast without travelling into Norwich, regulars using the early-morning opening for pre-work sessions, and players drawn by the converted-barn rural-Norfolk character. Less suited to anyone reliant on public transport given the rural location.
