The venue opens every day from 06:00 to 22:00. Bookings are final and non-refundable, though one reschedule is allowed up to two days before your slot. Outside food and drink are not permitted, as the on-site cafe covers refreshments.

It is less suited to anyone needing a large multi-court centre, published coaching packages or fully step-free access, since this is a compact, community-led club. Players wanting that scale may prefer one of the bigger padel venues elsewhere in greater Jakarta.
