700 Padel & Fitness Hub is a dedicated padel and wellness facility on Umm Suqeim Street, Al Barsha 2, Dubai, UAE 71501. Opened in 2021, the 5,000-square-metre venue combines six indoor padel courts with four fitness studios, recovery amenities and an on-site cafe.

The facility sits just off Umm Suqeim Street near the junction with Al Barsha Second, a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Free public parking is available on site for members and visitors.

The padel courts

All six courts are fully enclosed indoor courts with high ceilings designed for unrestricted overhead shots and dynamic rallies. The generous roof height sets the venue apart from lower-ceilinged alternatives elsewhere in Dubai. Indoor LED lighting ensures consistent visibility across every court.

Courts are maintained to a professional standard with synthetic turf surfaces. The indoor setting eliminates wind exposure and keeps conditions comfortable year-round, a practical advantage during Dubai’s warmer months when outdoor play is less appealing.

Each court is individually bookable through the venue’s own platform. The six-court layout means availability tends to be stronger than smaller three or four-court clubs, particularly during off-peak weekday slots.

Booking padel and access

Courts can be booked directly through the 700 Padel website or by contacting the team on +971 56 626 2020. Standard rates are AED 360 per court for 60 minutes (AED 90 per person in a full doubles match), AED 520 for 90 minutes and AED 600 for 120 minutes.

Several membership tiers offer better value for regular players. The Padel-Only Fixed membership is AED 700 per month for eight court bookings. Padel-Only Unlimited at AED 1,360 per month removes booking caps entirely.

The All-In membership at AED 1,800 per month bundles unlimited court bookings with fitness classes, four cold plunge dips and a private locker. All memberships require a minimum eight-month commitment.

Multi-use pass packs are also available: 10 passes for AED 1,250 (valid three months), 20 passes for AED 2,300 (valid six months) and 30 passes for AED 3,300 (valid nine months). These passes can be used for both padel and fitness.

The venue opens daily from 07:30 to 23:00. Equipment is available for hire at the on-site 700 ProShop, which stocks rackets, balls and accessories from leading brands.

Padel programme and social

The venue runs a structured padel programme covering every level. Free introductory sessions of 45 to 60 minutes are held on the first Saturday of each month for complete beginners. Padel and Brew sessions on Monday and Wednesday mornings combine technical training with coffee.

Ladies-only sessions run on Tuesdays from 07:30 to 12:30 with a female coach. Each participant receives a free 15-minute evaluation before being matched with players of a similar standard. Padel socials rotate through formats including partner rotation, king of the court and mini-tournaments.

Beyond the courts, the wellness side includes four cold plunge pools and two sauna rooms for post-match recovery. The 700 Cafe serves food and drinks to players and visitors.

Over 18 group fitness classes - from HIIT and indoor cycling to yoga, boxing and body combat - run across four dedicated studios. Personal training and nutrition counselling are also available on request.
