Ariis - also known as Aria Sportscape Academy - is an indoor tennis and padel facility at Warehouse 597, 51 Street, Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai. The venue provides a climate-controlled environment year-round, making Ariis padel a practical option for players looking to escape the Gulf heat.
Opened in mid-2022, the academy was co-founded by Magali de Lattre, a former professional player ranked number one in Portugal and the UAE across several categories. She holds nine international singles titles. The facility sits within a converted warehouse in Dubai Investment Park 2, accessible via Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road.
On-site parking is available directly outside the venue. Inside, the facility includes changing rooms, lockers, and showers for players to freshen up after sessions.
The padel courts
Ariis has one indoor padel court housed within its air-conditioned warehouse space. The court is a standard doubles-format layout with glass walls and mesh fencing. Indoor LED lighting ensures consistent visibility throughout the day and into evening sessions.
The playing surface is synthetic grass, consistent with international padel specifications. The indoor setting means the court is fully sheltered from wind, sand, and the intense Gulf heat. The controlled environment also helps maintain a consistent playing surface year-round.
Alongside the padel court, the venue has two full-size indoor tennis courts. This makes Ariis a multi-sport facility, and players interested in both racket sports can train at a single location.
Booking and access
Court rental at Ariis is AED 300 per court per hour or AED 500 for two hours. The two-hour rate works out to AED 250 per hour - a saving of AED 100 over booking two separate hours. Unused time from a two-hour booking can be banked for a future session.
For a doubles match with four players, the per-person cost is AED 75 per hour at the standard rate. When booking the two-hour package, that drops to AED 62.50 per person per hour.

The venue is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, seven days a week. This includes weekends and public holidays, giving players consistent access throughout the year.
Padel programme and social
Coaching is a core part of the Ariis offering. Head coach Magali de Lattre brings professional-level experience. The wider coaching team includes trainers who work with ATP-ranked players in the top 100. The academy runs private, semi-private, and group lessons for padel.
