Mantra Padel Concept Sports is a multi-sport wellness venue at 7 St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. The facility blends padel with yoga, pilates, reformer training and indoor cycling under one roof. Mantra Padel Concept Sports padel courts sit at the heart of the operation.

Opened inside a repurposed industrial compound, the venue draws on a Scandinavian-inspired palette of grey, green and black. This distinctive aesthetic sets it apart from conventional sports clubs, anchoring a broader movement and wellness concept designed for Dubai’s active residents and visitors.

The venue is easily reached from Sheikh Zayed Road via Al Quoz exits, with complimentary self-parking on site. Al Quoz 3 sits centrally between Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina, making it accessible from most residential clusters within a 15 to 20-minute drive.

The padel courts at Mantra

Mantra operates five padel courts. Padel 1 is an indoor panoramic court, offering year-round play in a temperature-controlled environment regardless of Dubai’s summer heat. Padel 2, 3 and 4 are outdoor panoramic doubles courts suited to cooler months and evening sessions under floodlights.

Padel Single Court 1 is an outdoor wall court configured for singles play - a rarer format that appeals to players wanting a faster-paced workout. All five courts are equipped with NGTV screens, allowing every player to record and replay their games.

The court surfaces are synthetic grass, consistent with the panoramic and wall configurations common across Dubai’s padel scene. Floodlighting on the outdoor courts extends play well into the evening, with the venue open until 23:30 daily.

Booking padel and access

Court bookings are available through Playtomic, with 60-minute and 90-minute slots. Standard rates are 320 AED per court for 60 minutes and 400 AED for 90 minutes. Off-peak morning slots drop to 280 AED for 90 minutes, offering solid value for daytime players.

A 15-session voucher pack is available at 920 AED, working out to roughly 61 AED per session - a significant saving for regular players. Racket hire is available on site for those without their own equipment.

Walk-ins are possible when courts are free, though advance booking via Playtomic is recommended during peak evening hours. Changing rooms with lockers are available, and free self-parking is provided on site.

The venue includes a cafeteria and snack bar for post-match refuelling, plus a small store stocking padel accessories and equipment.

Padel programme and social

Coaching is delivered by certified in-house padel coaches who tailor sessions to individual goals. Private lessons for one player run at 357 AED for 60 minutes. Semi-private sessions for two players are 420 AED, and group coaching for three to four players is 489 AED per session.

The coaches organise regular tournaments and social events to build community among members. These range from competitive brackets to relaxed social play sessions designed to bring players of different levels together.

Skill clinics and workshops run periodically for players looking to sharpen specific aspects of their game. Beyond padel, the Mantra Concept facility houses yoga and pilates studios built inside recycled shipping containers - a distinctive sustainability touch.

Reformer pilates, mat pilates, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin yoga classes run alongside indoor cycling sessions. Tennis is also available on two outdoor hard courts.

Privilee members receive two complimentary 60-minute padel games per month and one free yoga or mat pilates class per week, with a 10 per cent guest discount on additional court time.
