About The Lob Dubai

The Lob Dubai is a boutique padel and wellness club at 15 Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. The venue sits inside a converted warehouse a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44).

The Lob Dubai padel offering pairs six WPT-approved indoor courts with a Bali-inspired wellness wing and a bio-hacking café. Founder Vishnu opened the club in April 2025 after discovering the sport in 2021, and it now holds a 4.6 Google rating from 74 reviews.

Inside, sage green panels, soft lighting and earthy textures soften the industrial shell, so the courts feel closer to a wellness retreat than a sports hall. Visit The Lob for the full programme, or read on for the practical detail.

The padel courts

The Lob runs six premium indoor padel courts, all fully covered and climate-controlled, a real advantage in Dubai’s summer months. The playing surface is Mondo SUPERCOURT XN Turf, the same WPT-approved sand-dressed turf used on World Padel Tour stops.

Each court is glass-walled, LED-lit and finished in the club’s signature muted sage palette, with viewing space alongside for friends and families. The courts suit beginners through to competitive league players, and the indoor setting means play continues through July and August heat.

Booking and access at The Lob Dubai

Padel at The Lob runs in 90-minute slots rather than the usual 60. Off-peak court time is AED 80 per person (around AED 320 per court of four) on weekday mornings until 4pm and weekend evenings post-4pm. Peak slots are AED 110 per person (around AED 440 per court).

Regular players can buy a pack of ten 90-minute sessions: AED 750 off-peak or AED 1,000 peak, both valid for two months. Bookings go through the club’s own platform at book padel at The Lob on the web app, or via dedicated iOS and Android apps.

The courts are open from 07:00 to 22:30 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 to 22:30 on Sunday, with last booking slots from 21:00. Parking is on-site and free in the surrounding industrial blocks. For coaching, group bookings or events, contact info@thisisthelob.com or WhatsApp +971 52 936 5460.

Padel programme and social

The Lob runs a structured calendar of mix-ins, internal leagues and tournaments aimed at building a steady community across levels. Coaching is delivered in-house by Spanish-trained pros, with a head coach plus support staff working across private, semi-private and group sessions.

Fernando Martin, a former NCAA Division I tennis player, leads skill development and tournament prep. Maria Martinez, a former Spanish Division 1 player, specialises in beginners, juniors and competitive women’s groups. Junior clinics and progressive group sessions sit alongside private lessons, with detail on the coaching tab.

Beyond padel, members move from court to the Move Room for infrared-heated yoga, the Align Room for reformer Pilates, or the private infrared sauna. The Dose by Silvena, a bio-hacking café from chef Silvena Rowe, serves organic, sugar-free, refined-oil-free dishes. Showers, changing rooms and a small pro shop sit alongside.

Best for

The Lob suits Dubai players who want their padel paired with recovery and lifestyle, early-morning regulars who follow a session with yoga or sauna, and expat communities in Al Quoz, Jumeirah and Downtown. Competitive players also come for Spanish-led coaching on tour-spec courts.

The 90-minute slot format gives more genuine playing time than the standard hour, and off-peak pricing works well for daytime players and shift workers. It is less suited to walk-up casual play during peak Friday and Saturday evenings, when courts and coaching slots book out days ahead.

It is also less suited to players who prefer outdoor courts under the Dubai sky, since every court here is indoors. For a wellness-first padel club with WPT-grade surfaces and a strong social calendar, The Lob is one of the most complete experiences in the city.
