WPA Dubai

WPA Dubai is the flagship of World Padel Academy at 56 3B Street, Al Quoz Industrial 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2020, it was the first purpose-built padel centre in the city.

The Al Quoz site sits a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Al Khail Road (E44), with easy access from Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah. It is the home of the UAE National Team and the regional hub for sister venues in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Khor Fakkan.

The venue combines tournament-grade courts, an in-house coaching team led by international professionals, a junior academy, and a relaxed cafe and pro shop. Google reviewers rate it 4.6 from 289 reviews, citing court quality, friendly staff and the calibre of coaching. Brand partners include Padelstore, ASICS, Hublot and Air Arabia.

The padel courts

The venue has 10 padel courts in total: 7 indoor courts inside a climate-controlled hall and 3 outdoor panoramic courts. Indoor courts use Spanish-spec artificial turf with sand infill and full LED lighting, suited to year-round play through Dubai’s summer heat.

Outdoor courts are floodlit for evening sessions and benefit from the cooler months from October to April. All courts are full doubles size and meet the dimensions used on the Premier Padel and FIP tours. Racket and ball hire are available at reception, and the pro shop stocks current-season frames from brands such as NOX, Bullpadel and Adidas.

Booking and access

Court bookings are handled through the Playtomic app and on the WPA website. Off-peak court hire is around AED 295 for 60 minutes and AED 440 for 90 minutes, with rates rising at peak evening slots and on weekends. The venue is open Sunday to Saturday from 07:00 until 02:00, one of the longest-opening padel facilities in the city. Free private parking is on site, with step-free disabled access into the building. Changing rooms, showers and lockers are provided.

Padel programme and social

WPA runs a busy calendar of in-house leagues, mix-in sessions and open tournaments across all standards, from beginner round-robins to advanced FIP-feeder events. Members receive priority booking and access to closed competitions, with corporate wellness packages for Dubai-based companies.

The Junior Academy is a flagship pillar of the club, running a 13-week term for ages 4 to 15, grouped by age and ability and led by the senior coaching team. Adult coaching is delivered in-house, with private lessons, group clinics and intensive camps - see the coaching tab for tiers and pricing.

The cafe and snack bar inside the venue serves light meals, fresh juices and coffee, with seating that overlooks the courts.

Best for

WPA Dubai suits players who want serious court time at a tournament-grade facility, juniors looking for structured progression, and visitors to Dubai who want a one-stop venue with on-site pro shop, food and changing facilities. The mix of indoor and outdoor courts keeps play going year-round.

It is less suited to players hunting the cheapest casual hit in the city - peak rates reflect the standard of the build and the central Al Quoz location. For pure social pickup at the lowest price, smaller community venues elsewhere may fit better.

For an all-round padel home with depth in coaching, juniors and competition, this is among the leading addresses in the UAE.
