About Te Amo Padel (at The Hayes)

Te Amo Padel at The Hayes is a three-court outdoor padel venue at 300 Redhill Road, Alvechurch, Birmingham B38 9EL. The site is owned and operated by Te Amo with a focus on community-led padel - coaching pathways for juniors, social mix-ins and a friendly atmosphere built around the venue’s cafe and bar.

Three more courts are planned to follow, which would put Te Amo at the upper end of the south Birmingham padel market. Head Coach Laura coordinates the coaching programme and social schedule, and the venue’s 4.9-star Google rating reflects strong community feedback.

The courts

Three outdoor padel courts at Te Amo Padel, with floodlit play through the long daily booking window. The Alvechurch location south of central Birmingham sits at the edge of Worcestershire, with quiet rural surrounds rather than industrial estate.

Three more courts are planned to follow, which would expand the venue significantly while keeping the community-led atmosphere of the current build. Surface and lighting spec are best confirmed via the venue.

Booking and access

Court hire is bookable through Playtomic with rates running £24 to £34 per hour depending on time slot. The venue is open Monday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00, with weekend hours best confirmed direct. Free parking on site, changing rooms with lockers, racket hire and a viewing shelter for spectators round out the basics.

Programme and social

Coaching at Te Amo Padel is led by Head Coach Laura, with sessions across beginner, improver and competitive levels. Junior coaching and group programmes are part of the offer, which makes the venue accessible to younger players and helps build the next generation of local padel talent. Social mix-ins, matchplay events and league formats run through the calendar.

The on-site cafe and bar with the mini bar viewing area handles food and drink, and the upgraded changing facilities give a more polished experience than typical outdoor venues.

Best for

South Birmingham and north Worcestershire players who want a community-led outdoor venue with strong junior coaching and a relaxed cafe-driven social atmosphere. Less suited to anyone needing reliable indoor play through Midlands winter weather, since the current three courts are outdoor.

What players say

4.9 on Google from 17 reviews. This is the venue's Google rating, which may cover more than padel.

Great padel courts (#1 and #2 are better than #3), nice community and supportive staff. A bit exposed to the weather in winter. Parking free (don't forget to enter number plate!). Small viewing shelters and mini bar available. New courts coming soon I believe.
