The 108 - Indoor Padel & Batting Cages is a six-court indoor padel venue at Arbour Street (Stop BB, Brent Cross West Station), London NW2 1LT - inside the Brent Cross Town development.
Opened 2024 as London’s first all-weather baseball, softball and padel facility. Six indoor panoramic padel courts share the building with batting cages - the combined-sport format is unusual for a London padel venue.
Three minutes’ walk from Brent Cross West station with on-site parking via the Brent Cross Town development.
The courts
Six indoor panoramic courts on synthetic grass at the Brent Cross Town site. Indoor LED lighting through evening play.
Fully covered for year-round play. The shared building also houses batting cages for baseball and softball, with structured group classes available across both sports.
Booking and access
Court hire £56 weekday and £68 weekend through Playtomic. Pay-and-play, no membership tier required for standard rates.
Rackets and balls available for rent or purchase on site. Peak weekday evenings (17:00-21:00) and weekend mornings book five to seven days ahead.
Three-minute walk from Brent Cross West (Thameslink) station; on-site parking via Brent Cross Town.
Programme and social
The combined padel-and-batting-cages format makes The 108 distinct from the standard London padel venue: structured baseball and softball play runs alongside padel in the same building.
Beginner intros, group lessons and 1-on-1 padel sessions run through the in-house professional coaches. Junior pathway sessions through term-time and school holidays.
The wider Brent Cross Town development brings new retail and dining alongside the venue. Group bookings and corporate events handled directly through the venue team.
Best for
Brent Cross, Cricklewood, Hendon and the wider NW London catchment players who want indoor padel paired with a unique combined-sport setting, baseball and softball players combining cages with padel sessions, and players coming from across London for the all-weather indoor reliability.
Less suited to anyone wanting outdoor play - the sister-venue S3 Padel Brent Cross covers outdoor padel nearby.

a week agoProbably one of the worst courts ive played on in London. Courts are of horrible quality. Little to no bounce of a brand new ball, and it feels like you're walking through mud anytime you move about. Lights directly in your eye the moment you look slightly up. Who thought this was a good idea? If you're unlucky to play a padel match near the baseball area, be ready for sharp loud sounds that pierce through your ear. Also the roof is incredibly low, and some genius decided to have the banner support wires running over the courts, which makes it even lower. Overall, price was cheapish, but not a great experience for 22 per person for 90 mins. They've very clearly gone for profit above experience. I would NOT spend my money here unless things improve

2 months agoEasily the worst padel courts I’ve played on in Europe. If you’re above a Playtomic 3.5 level, and especially 4.5+, I’d strongly avoid. 1. Court structure – The frames feel loose in multiple areas and the glass is noticeably unstable. As a result, rebounds are inconsistent and often unreliable. 2. Surface quality – The court surface is very poorly installed. The carpet isn’t properly fitted or flush, moves underfoot, and appears patchy. The quality itself is low, leading to inconsistent bounce and frequent dead spots. 3. Ceiling height – The ceiling is extremely low. On some courts, overhead wires make lobs virtually impossible, while on others even standard lobs are heavily restricted. 4. Lighting and visibility – Lighting is positioned directly above the court, which causes glare when tracking the ball. Combined with external light coming through scattered windows, visibility can be quite poor. Overall, there’s nothing redeeming about the playing experience here. The conditions make it very difficult to have a proper, competitive match.
