Stay Padel

Stay Padel is a modern indoor padel club at Unit 7B, Wagstaff Street, behind Ultimate Fitness, off Tame Street, Stalybridge SK15 1SY, in east Greater Manchester. The venue sits close to the A635 and the M67, making it an easy run from Ashton-under-Lyne, Hyde, Oldham and central Manchester to play padel in Stalybridge.

The club is operated by Stay Padel Ltd (Companies House 16764195), incorporated in October 2025 by directors Yassar Farooq and Mohsab Yousaf. It opened in early 2026 as part of a small wave of new venues bringing padel to Tameside, with courts and lounge sharing a warehouse-style building alongside the established Ultimate Fitness gym.

The padel courts

Stay Padel has four indoor padel courts, all set up for doubles play under a permanent roof so sessions run year-round in any Greater Manchester weather. The Playtomic booking page lists a Premium Court 1 in a super-panoramic glass configuration alongside additional panoramic courts in the same indoor hall.

Courts are lit with indoor LED lighting for consistent visibility from early morning through to late evening. It is less of a fit for players seeking a full multi-sport club with pool, spa or extensive group coaching pathways under one roof. The focus here is padel courts plus a relaxed lounge, with the neighbouring Ultimate Fitness gym handling the wider fitness side. Beginners can still get started using on-site racket hire and the standard Playtomic booking flow.
