Pure Padel Solihull

Pure Padel Solihull was the brand’s first Midlands venue, opened 2024 with three covered panoramic courts on Streetsbrook Road in Shirley. The site established the network’s West Midlands presence ahead of the larger Birmingham city centre flagship in early 2026.

Sister venues across the Pure Padel UK network include Manchester, Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, Lightwater (Surrey), Nottingham, plus the upcoming Glasgow and Gosforth flagships.

The courts

Three covered panoramic courts at the Streetsbrook Road site. Indoor LED lighting through evening play. Roofed for full weather protection. The compact three-court footprint suits the Shirley location and gives the network its smaller community-feel Midlands site versus the larger Birmingham venue.

Booking and access

Court hire bookable through Playtomic. Pay-and-play is the default, with Pure Padel network membership unlocking reduced rates and shared booking benefits across all UK sites. Peak weekday evenings and weekend mornings book three to five days ahead. The Shirley setting puts the venue inside reach of Solihull, Birmingham south, and the wider West Midlands commuter belt with on-site parking.

Programme and social

The smaller three-court community feel makes Solihull the network’s neighbourhood site rather than its competition flagship. Daily mix-ins and beginner socials run through the calendar alongside the in-house coaching programme. Group bookings, corporate events and tournament play handled directly. Network membership shared with Birmingham, Manchester, Lightwater and the wider Pure Padel UK chain.

Best for

Solihull, Shirley, Birmingham south and the wider West Midlands players who want covered indoor padel inside the network’s smaller community-feel site, regulars combining sessions across Pure Padel’s Midlands and UK network, and players prioritising the Streetsbrook Road location over the larger Birmingham city-centre flagship. Less suited to outdoor-first players.

Coaching at Pure Padel Solihull runs through the in-house coaching team, with structured group lessons, beginner intros and 1-on-1 sessions across all skill levels. Network membership unlocks reduced rates with shared access across all Pure Padel UK sites. The smaller three-court site suits intimate group lesson blocks and individual coaching as much as walk-on play.
