About Stratford Padel Club
Stratford Padel Club opened in 2024 as the largest dedicated padel club in London zones 1-2 by court count, founded by Anka Mandelson on a community-padel programming model. Nine courts, an in-house gym thrown in free for every court booker, and a 40-day advance booking window that beats every other major London club.
The build was designed for serious players who want London-central access at suburban-club court density, two minutes from the five-line Stratford interchange and Westfield Stratford City.
The courts
Nine panoramic courts: eight indoor and one outdoor covered. All synthetic grass, all built to current competition spec. Indoor LED lighting and the covered outdoor court runs the same hours, staying playable in any weather. Opened 2024.
Booking and access
Court hire ranges £28 to £76 per 90 minutes through Stratford Padel Club or the Stratford Padel Club app, with per-player pricing from £7.33 off-peak. Pay-and-play is the default; £15 monthly membership unlocks discounted rates, coaching access and the longer advance window.
Bookings open 40 days ahead - the longest of any major London club - so peak weekday evenings (17:00 to 21:30) and weekend mornings (08:00 to 18:30) clear quickly. Off-peak weekday mornings and late-evening slots stay available same-day. Cancellations are accepted via the club app.

The programming is community-led under founder Anka Mandelson’s team, with mix-ins, leagues at multiple levels and weekend tournaments running through the calendar. Group lessons, beginner intros and junior sessions are bookable directly through the venue.
Corporate and group bookings up to multiple courts can be arranged through the events team. The included in-house gym is open to every court booker, so a play session extends into a full training visit without paying extra. Open daily 08:00 to 23:30.
