My feedback: Even though there's a large mosque behind it, a prayer room should still be provided. Then try negotiating with the parking vendor, Groserindo. The parking fee of 5,000 rupiah per hour is quite reasonable. Try setting a flat rate, for example, a maximum of 10,000 rupiah, like other courts around Kalimalang and East Jakarta.
The padel location is convenient, located within a shophouse complex, so parking is easy. There are three courts, and the indoor area is comfortable and not too hot. There's also a wide selection of drinks.
