The MAD Padel padel concept is simple - courts set among greenery in the Gading Serpong corridor of Greater Jakarta, rather than inside a windowless hall.

Gading Serpong sits west of central Jakarta in Tangerang, next door to BSD City and Alam Sutera, and the club draws players from all three townships. This is a drive-to venue reached by the toll road network serving the corridor, not a central Jakarta walk-in, so plan car or ride-hail access.

The padel courts

The ceiling reaches 12 metres, and that height matters in padel - lobs are central to the game, and this much clearance keeps full-height defensive lobs in play rather than clipping the roof.

Local press round-ups from mid 2025 describe the set-up as semi-indoor - covered overhead yet open to the planting around the complex, exactly the padel meets nature feel the club markets. Player reviews mention colour coded courts, including pink and blue.

MAD Padel has not published its surface brand or lighting specification, though press coverage notes good lighting and a relaxed atmosphere suited to beginners trying padel without competitive pressure.

Booking and access

Court hire runs through the AYO app - book MAD Padel on AYO for live availability. Slots are sold by the hour on a pay and play basis, with no membership required.

Mid 2025 press listings quote Rp 320,000 per court per hour, which works out at about Rp 80,000 per player in a doubles four. Rates move with demand, so treat live AYO pricing as the final word.

The club opens daily from 06:00 to midnight, one of the longest playing windows in Gading Serpong. Booking terms are strict: reservations are non cancellable and non refundable, and rescheduling is allowed only with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Beginners get a soft landing too, between open court sessions, in house coaching and a booking app already in wide local use across Greater Jakarta’s padel scene.

It is less suited to spontaneous planners, given the 72 hour rescheduling cut off, and to players based in central or south Jakarta, who face a proper drive out to Tangerang. No gym, sauna or pool is listed either - this is a padel first venue, not a full leisure club.
