World Padel runs two full-panoramic padel courts, both under a permanent roof. House rules are firm: bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and a reschedule is allowed once only, requested at least 3×24 hours before play. Non-marking shoes are mandatory, and outside ball boys are not permitted - the venue offers its own ball boy service at Rp 50,000 per hour, booked at least a day ahead.
