AREA Centre

AREA Centre is a hybrid coworking, wellness and padel club at 6700 NW 77th Ct, Suite 200, Doral, FL 33166, just minutes from Miami International Airport. The venue sits inside a warehouse-style building close to NW 36th Street and the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826).

The Dolphin Expressway (SR 836) is a short drive south, making the club accessible from Doral, Sweetwater and central Miami. The brand uses the tagline work, play and connect, and combines offices and workstations with two indoor panoramic padel courts, a functional gym and a nutritional bar.

More information is available on the AREA Centre website and via the club’s Instagram presence at @area.centre. Members and casual players share the same booking system, and the broader wellness positioning draws coworking members and gym users through the day.

The padel courts

AREA Centre operates two indoor panoramic padel courts, both housed inside a climate-controlled building with full overhead LED lighting. The panoramic design uses extended glass walls at the rear and side panels, which improves spectator sightlines and supports drop-in and tournament play.

Courts run the regulation 10 metres by 20 metres and use a synthetic grass surface typical of modern Florida indoor installations. Because the courts sit indoors, sessions are unaffected by Florida heat, summer thunderstorms and winter cold snaps.

That climate control is a meaningful difference compared with the outdoor padel clubs scattered across Doral and the wider Miami area. Players have access to changing rooms, lockers and free on-site parking, with WiFi available throughout the building.

Booking padel and access

Court reservations run through Playtomic. Players can book a court at AREA Centre on Playtomic in 60 or 90 minute blocks. Live availability and per-court rates appear at the booking step, and Playtomic handles cancellations under its standard policy.

Reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 13:00. Phone bookings and general enquiries can be made on (305) 333-1477, and the website holds a contact form for membership, coworking and event enquiries.

Free parking is available on site, and the venue is well placed for players from Doral, Fontainebleau, Sweetwater and the wider Miami-Dade area. Walk-ins are welcome subject to court availability, and racket hire is offered at the front desk.

Padel programme and social

AREA Centre runs an in-house academy with private and group lessons across beginner, improver and intermediate levels. The club offers introductory classes for new players, technical sessions for regulars and pre-match warm-up clinics. See the coaching tab for tiers and pricing.

Beyond lessons, the club hosts mix-in sessions, social tournaments and ladder events. Updates are posted through the @area.centre Instagram channel and the Playtomic match-up feature, which makes it straightforward for solo players to join a level-matched four.

The on-site cafeteria and snack bar work as a natural meeting point between sessions, and the coworking lounge lets players combine a court booking with a half-day of focused work. Pro shop items including grips, balls and basic accessories are available at reception.

Best for

AREA Centre suits Doral and west Miami players who want a climate-controlled indoor padel experience without the heat or rain exposure of outdoor courts. It also fits remote workers and professionals who like the work, play and connect format.

Competitive amateurs who want regular access to two indoor panoramic courts close to home will find it convenient, and parents have access to structured junior coaching through the academy.

It is less suitable for players looking for a large multi-court venue, big leagues at six or more courts, or a traditional outdoor-only padel club. With only two courts, peak-time availability is limited, so booking ahead through Playtomic is strongly recommended.
