Kraken Padel Club

Kraken Padel Club is a modern, community-focused padel facility at 14510 S Josey Ln, Suite 216, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. The address sits in the Farmers Branch retail and sports corridor in northwest Dallas County, a short drive from the President George Bush Turnpike (TX-190) and Interstate 35E.

The club opened in late 2024 as the DFW area’s first dedicated padel destination and has quickly become a daily meeting point for newcomers, league regulars and visitors. Players book courts through the Kraken Padel Club website or the dedicated Kraken Padel mobile app.

The padel courts

The facility houses four indoor panoramic courts with full glass back walls, low side rails and unobstructed sightlines into every rally. The build quality reflects a competition-grade specification, with high ceilings, LED match lighting and climate control that keeps play comfortable through the Texas summer.

One of the four courts is finished with Texas’s first black pro turf surface, the look used on Premier Padel stops, while the remaining three carry the familiar blue panoramic finish. Every court is wired with PlaySight Smart Play AI cameras for panoramic video capture, instant replay and downloadable highlight clips.

Booking and access

Courts are bookable through the Kraken Padel app, the PlayByPoint portal and now via Playtomic for Kraken Padel Club. Pay-and-play rates appear at the booking step and currently show at $25 per person off-peak and $40 per person at peak for a 60 minute slot.

Members access sharper pricing and longer booking windows. The Kraken Pro tier is $80 per month and unlocks discounted hourly rates of $10 off-peak and $20 peak with a 6-day advance window. Kraken Elite at $250 per month, or $375 for a family of four, includes unlimited play with a 9-day horizon.

A Smart Play college tier is also available at $50 per month for full-time students. The club is open every day from 7:30 am to 11:59 pm, with on-site surface parking directly outside Suite 216 and racket and ball hire at the front desk. Reach the team on (469) 232-7021 or at hello@krakenpadelclub.com.

Programme and social padel

Kraken runs a busy weekly calendar of mix-ins, club nights and themed socials, plus internal ladders and seasonal tournaments that draw players from across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Junior padel is delivered through the Kraken Padel Junior Academy with after-school sessions and summer camps for ages 7 to 16.

Adult coaching and clinics run through the Kraken Academy, covering beginner intro nights, intermediate technique blocks and advanced match-play sessions. See the coaching tab for tiers and pricing, or email hello@krakenpadelclub.com to be matched with the right level.

Off-court, the venue includes a Kraken-branded pro shop, a relaxed lounge with seating over the courts, dedicated workspaces with WiFi, plus a fully equipped gym and recreation area. Changing rooms and showers sit just off the main floor, and the building offers step-free access throughout.

Best for padel in Farmers Branch

Kraken Padel Club suits Dallas-area players who want serious indoor padel without driving downtown, families looking for a junior pathway, and travelling players passing through DFW who want a panoramic court with Smart Play AI capture. The membership tiers reward regulars, while pay-and-play keeps the door open for first-timers.

It is less suited to players chasing outdoor courts under the Texas sky, or to those looking for a low-cost municipal court without membership or session pricing. For everyone else, this is currently the standout padel address in northwest Dallas County.

The club holds a 5.0 Google rating across 68 reviews at the time of writing, with players consistently calling out court quality, the AI tech, and a welcoming front-desk team. Group bookings, private hires and corporate sessions can be arranged by phone or email, and the club ships Kraken-branded apparel and equipment through the on-site pro shop.

Kraken Padel Club runs coaching in-house through the Kraken Academy for adults and the Kraken Padel Junior Academy for ages 7 to 16, covering private lessons, group clinics and seasonal camps.
