ILUNION Miramar, also in Fuengirola, has 8 courts and 2 children’s courts, 3 of them at the shopping centre next door. How much does a padel holiday in Spain cost?

Padel at Spanish resorts ranges from free group lessons to hourly court hire on top of the room. At ILUNION Miramar in Fuengirola, courts cost €13 to €17 an hour depending on day and time, racket hire is €2 and there is a €10 equipment deposit (ilunionhotels.com, as of October 2026).

Club La Santa in Lanzarote runs free padel lessons through the week, from beginner to intermediate level, with private lessons charged separately (clublasanta.com). Higuerón Hotel Málaga and Playitas Resort do not publish court prices on their padel pages. Room rates change by season and date; live prices are on each resort page.

When is the best time for a padel holiday in Spain?

For winter padel in Spain, go to the Canary Islands; for the Costa del Sol, spring and autumn are the most comfortable. Club La Santa in Lanzarote and Playitas Resort in Fuerteventura both play year-round, and Club La Santa’s courts are floodlit until 10.15pm, so you can play in the cooler evening.

On the Costa del Sol, July and August are the hottest months, which pushes outdoor play to early morning and evening at Higuerón Hotel Málaga and ILUNION Miramar in Fuengirola. Spring and autumn give long playing days without the peak heat.

Is Spain good for a beginner padel holiday?

Yes. Most of Padeli’s Spanish resorts coach beginners. Club La Santa in Lanzarote runs free weekly group instruction sorted by level, and Playitas Resort in Fuerteventura has courses from the Matchpoint padel school. Higuerón Hotel Málaga has its own academy for all ages and levels.

La Manga Club runs padel academies for adults and juniors, Puente Romano offers private, group and drop-in lessons, and the Rafa Nadal Academy has adult and holiday camps. ILUNION Miramar in Fuengirola rents courts rather than coaching, so it suits players who can already rally.
