A PADEL - Yas Plaza

A PADEL - Yas Plaza is an outdoor padel club at Park Inn Hotel, Yas Island, Yas Plaza, Abu Dhabi AD001. Formerly known as We Are Padel, the venue rebranded while keeping the same team and courts. A PADEL - Yas Plaza padel sits within the Yas Plaza Bay leisure area, accessible via Sheikh Zayed Bridge and the E10.

The club is part of the wider A PADEL network, which operates four centres across Abu Dhabi. Sister venues include A PADEL - Rebound in Rabdan with five indoor courts and A PADEL - Park Hyatt Saadiyat with two outdoor courts at the beachfront hotel.

A PADEL - Al Forsan in Khalifa City rounds out the network with six indoor and two outdoor courts. Each location carries the same booking system, coaching staff and community events.

Yas Island is a well-connected hub for sport and entertainment. The venue draws players from the mainland and hotel residents, making it a convenient stop for anyone who wants a game without leaving the Yas district.

The padel courts

A PADEL - Yas Plaza has three outdoor panoramic doubles courts. Playtomic lists them as Padel Court 1, Al Hilal Bank Court 2 and Padel Court 3. All three feature full-height glass back walls and mesh side panels in the panoramic format.

The courts are floodlit for evening and late-night sessions. Surface type is synthetic grass, consistent with the panoramic specification used across the A PADEL network. Court 2 carries sponsorship branding from Al Hilal Bank but plays identically to the other two.

Being fully open-air, players should expect warm conditions during daytime in summer months. The floodlights make cooler evening slots the most popular, especially from October to April when temperatures are moderate.

Booking and access

Courts are booked through Playtomic, which shows live availability and pricing. The venue uses dynamic pricing, with rates from 120 AED to 200 AED per court for 60 minutes depending on time slot and day of the week.

A 90-minute session is listed at 290 AED at peak times. For a four-player doubles match at the lower end, that works out to roughly 30 AED per person for 60 minutes.

Opening hours run daily from 06:00 to midnight according to the Playtomic booking system. There is no membership requirement. A PADEL - Yas Plaza operates on a pay-and-play basis, so anyone can book a court.

Racket hire is available on site through the pro shop, which stocks rackets, apparel and accessories from leading padel brands. Padel balls are provided. Free parking is available in the Yas Plaza car park adjacent to the courts.

Programme and social

A PADEL runs coaching at the Yas Plaza location with resident coach Martin del Olmo. Private coaching sessions of 60 minutes are available at 355 AED, bookable through Playtomic under the academy tab. See the coaching tab for full pricing details.

The A PADEL network hosts tournaments, social mix-in sessions and community events across its four Abu Dhabi centres. The Yas Plaza venue benefits from the brand’s wider event calendar, with fixtures rotating between locations.

Competitive players who want indoor, climate-controlled courts may prefer A PADEL - Rebound in Rabdan with its five indoor courts. Anyone wanting a larger tournament-grade facility should look at A PADEL - Al Forsan with eight courts.

For a relaxed outdoor session with panoramic courts and floodlights in an island leisure setting, this is a strong pick. Dynamic pricing means early-morning or midweek slots can be noticeably cheaper than weekend evenings.
