Just Padel - Mina Rashid is the flagship venue of the Just Padel network and the largest dedicated padel facility in the UAE. It sits at Hangar 4, Marina Cubes Street, Madinat Dubai Al Melaheyah, Port Rashid, Dubai. Just Padel - Mina Rashid padel opened in early 2022 under chairman and co-founder Rashad Al Hashimi.

The complex occupies a converted industrial hangar on the historic harbour waterfront with marina views. Since opening, the brand has grown to more than ten locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The venue welcomes players of every age and ability, with dedicated zones for mixed play, women-only sessions and outdoor matches.

The Just Padel Mina Rashid site keeps the interior cool through industrial-scale air conditioning. A separate ladies-only wing offers a private environment - the first of its kind for padel in the UAE. Free parking sits directly outside the hangar, a short drive from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.

The padel courts

The complex houses 14 padel courts in total. Six fully air-conditioned indoor courts are open to all players on a mixed basis. A further four indoor courts are reserved exclusively for women, also air-conditioned and fitted with a dedicated lounge and changing area.

The remaining four courts sit outdoors, giving players the option of open-air padel under floodlights. All courts are doubles-format with crystal-surface artificial turf. Indoor halls use LED overhead lighting, while the outdoor courts rely on tall floodlight masts for evening sessions.

Court surfaces and glass walls are maintained to competition standard. The facility regularly hosts amateur tournaments and corporate events across its full 14-court layout.

Booking and access

Courts can be booked through Playtomic or directly via the Just Padel website. A standard 45-minute session costs AED 231 per court. Additional 45-minute blocks are charged at AED 189 per court.

Rates apply across both indoor and outdoor courts, though pricing may vary by time slot during peak evening hours. Live rates and available slots appear at the booking step on Playtomic.

Programme and social padel

Regular amateur tournaments and corporate event days run throughout the year. Ladies-only social sessions and mix-in evenings are scheduled each week, making it easy for newer players to find a game without a regular group.

Beyond the courts, the hangar houses the flagship branch of Kona House Coffee. The cafe serves specialty coffee and light food, with lounge seating areas spread around the viewing zones. Luxury washrooms, showers and a dedicated prayer room complete the off-court facilities.

Mina Rashid suits players who want variety and scale in one location. The indoor and outdoor mix means air-conditioned padel at midday in summer and cooler open-air sessions during winter evenings.

The ladies-only wing is a genuine differentiator. It is not a time-restricted slot on shared courts but a permanent, self-contained section with its own entrance, lounge and changing facilities.

Competitive players benefit from the tournament calendar and the volume of courts, which reduces wait times during busy periods. Families can take advantage of junior coaching from age four. Social groups and corporate teams can book multiple courts side by side.

The venue is less suited to players chasing budget off-peak deals, as pricing is uniform across court types. There is no on-site pro shop, so bring your own racket or arrange hire through the coaching team.
