TopSpin Sports Centre

TopSpin Sports Centre is a multi-sport padel and tennis facility on Al Jaddaf Street, next to the Jaddaf Rotana Hotel, Al Jadaf, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The venue sits in the Al Jaddaf creekside cluster, a short drive from Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Festival City.

The centre is positioned as a destination padel and tennis community, with eight padel courts and seven tennis courts on a single site. Players book directly through Playtomic, with court hire from 265 AED for a 60-minute slot. The wider site is topspinsports.ae.

TopSpin trades as a pay-and-play venue rather than a members-only club, so casual players, residents and visitors can book courts at the same rates. Opening hours run from 07:00 through to midnight every day of the week, giving early-morning, lunchtime and late-evening slots on top of peak after-work demand.

The padel courts at TopSpin

TopSpin Sports Centre operates eight outdoor padel courts, listed on Playtomic as Padel 1 through Padel 8. The courts are crystal-glass double courts, set up for standard four-player doubles play, and lit for evening sessions through to midnight.

The outdoor format suits Dubai’s cooler season from October through April, when daytime and evening slots are both comfortable. Through the hotter summer months, the early-morning and late-evening windows around sunrise and sunset are the most popular bookable slots.

Alongside the padel courts, the site has seven outdoor tennis courts and supporting infrastructure including a viewing area, racket stringing service and on-site pro shop. The multi-court footprint and dual-sport layout make TopSpin one of the larger dedicated racket venues in central Dubai.

Booking and access at TopSpin

Padel courts at TopSpin are booked through Playtomic, where live availability, court selection and pricing are shown at the booking step. Court hire is quoted per slot, with 60-minute slots at 265 AED and 90-minute slots at 325 AED.

A 10-booking pack of 90-minute slots is listed on Playtomic at 6,800 AED, which works out at a lower per-slot rate than single-session pricing and suits regular players. Cancellation policy and any peak-hour surcharges are confirmed at the time of booking in the Playtomic checkout.

Players new to the venue can also call +971 50 303 8195 or use the Playtomic chat to confirm slot length, court allocation and walk-in availability. Equipment rental is available on site, so first-timers do not need to bring their own kit.

Padel programme and social

TopSpin runs a structured padel and tennis programme alongside pay-and-play court hire. The offer includes private and semi-private coaching, group sessions, junior training and small-format tournaments and mix-ins for members of the wider TopSpin community.

The on-site Drop Shot Cafe acts as the social anchor for the venue, with a chill-out area and a sunset deck overlooking the courts. The cafe complements an exclusive partnership with the dining venues at the adjacent Jaddaf Rotana, giving players a wider food and drink offer between sessions.

Coaching sessions, tournaments and academy schedules are published through the venue’s Playtomic page and the @topspin.dubai Instagram feed. Specific session prices and the current coach roster are confirmed by the front desk at the time of booking.

Best for padel in Dubai

TopSpin Sports Centre suits Dubai padel players who want a busy, multi-court venue with broad opening hours, Playtomic booking and a strong tennis and cafe offer on the same site. The Al Jaddaf location works well for residents of Bur Dubai, Business Bay and the Festival City corridor.

The eight-court padel layout means group bookings, club nights and small tournaments can run without crowding the regular pay-and-play schedule. The on-site cafe, pro shop, free parking and viewing deck make it easy to extend a session into a longer visit with family, partners or non-playing friends.

TopSpin is less of a fit for players who specifically want indoor air-conditioned padel through the hottest summer weeks, or for those looking for a members-only club with a fixed annual fee. For those preferences, an indoor Dubai venue or a private members club would be a closer match.

TopSpin Sports Centre runs an in-house padel and tennis programme covering private, semi-private, group and junior coaching, alongside small-format tournaments and mix-ins announced through Playtomic and Instagram.
