Redline Padel Club - Zabeel House sits on the 4th floor rooftop terrace of The Onyx Tower 3 at Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens, on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Two outdoor padel courts deliver panoramic city views, framed by the residential towers of The Greens just off Dubai’s main commuter artery.

The venue is part of the wider Redline Sports Club group, which also runs sister sites in Al Barsha and Al Quoz. Players using The Onyx Tower 3 entrance get complimentary valet parking, hotel showers and direct access to the Zabeel House lounge, lifting the standard above a typical bolt-on court block.

The padel courts

Two outdoor double padel courts sit side by side on the rooftop terrace. Both are full-size 10 m x 20 m crystal panoramic courts, with floor-to-ceiling glass back walls and side panels that give an open, stadium feel above the city skyline.

The artificial turf is dressed in fine silica sand for consistent bounce, and LED floodlighting runs from dusk until close at midnight. The rooftop is exposed, which adds a light evening breeze most days - useful for cooler play in summer, though wind can affect lob and bandeja shots on the highest pressure days.

Booking and access to padel at Redline Zabeel House

Court bookings run through Playtomic or the BOOK NOW button on the venue site. Slots come in 60 and 90 minute formats, with three clear tariff bands per double court.

Peak weekday rates (Monday to Friday 07:00-10:00 and 18:00-22:30) are AED 310 for 60 minutes and AED 370 for 90 minutes per court. Off-peak weekday slots (10:00-18:00 and 22:30-00:00) drop to AED 130 for 60 minutes and AED 190 for 90 minutes - among the better value rooftop rates in the city.

Weekend rates (Saturday and Sunday, all day) sit at AED 220 for 60 minutes and AED 280 for 90 minutes per court. Split four ways, an off-peak weekday hour works out at AED 32.50 per player. Live availability and any promotional rates show at the booking step on Playtomic.

Programme and social padel

The weekly schedule has a Ladies Morning on Thursdays and Sundays from 07:30 to 09:00 at AED 150 per player, including coaching, drills and match play. It is one of the more established women’s groups in the Sheikh Zayed Road corridor.

A Kids Academy runs every Wednesday with technical and game-based sessions, priced at AED 600 for a five-class block or AED 1,000 for ten classes. Corporate bookings start at AED 72 per person and are popular with the surrounding office and residential buildings.

Players can rent rackets and balls on site, browse the small pro shop and warm down at the LahLah restaurant inside Zabeel House, where Redline players receive a 20% discount on food and on the in-house spa.

Best for

Best for residents of The Greens, The Views and Emirates Hills who want a short hop to a high-spec rooftop court, plus office workers along Sheikh Zayed Road looking for off-peak midday hits. The cheaper midday tariff makes it a sensible pick for groups assembling a regular four-ball.

Strong choice for women’s groups via the Ladies Morning programme and for parents wanting a structured kids pathway. Less suited to players who need indoor cover during high summer afternoons or wind-sensitive technical drills - the rooftop is open to the elements by design.

The Redline Padel Academy at Zabeel House runs adult clinics, private lessons and the regular Wednesday Kids Academy. Coaches are FIP and PTR qualified and cover beginner through to advanced match play.

The Ladies Morning programme on Thursdays and Sundays (07:30-09:00) combines warm-up, technical drills and americano-style match play, designed for both newcomers and returning players.
