SAB Padel

SAB Padel is the only dedicated padel venue inside the Dubai International Financial Centre, sitting on the C Level rooftop of Emirates Financial Tower in Zaa’beel Second, Dubai. The site is minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and the Dubai Metro Green Line.

Paid tower parking sits on the lower levels of the building and ride-hail drop-off runs from the main DIFC gate. The full venue brochure and a link to the live booking flow are both available on the SAB Padel website.

The club leans into a downtown, premium feel. Glass-walled cabins, lounge seating, the Burj Khalifa on the skyline, and a hospitality-led approach to walk-up players make it as suited to a corporate evening as to a serious training session. Three courts keep the playing community tight and bookings personal rather than industrial.

The padel courts

SAB Padel runs three outdoor doubles courts named Padel 1, Padel 2 and Padel 3. All three are panoramic builds with single-pane glass on the back walls so spectators and waiting groups can watch matches from the surrounding rooftop deck. The courts are described as shaded, giving relief from direct midday sun.

The surface is a sand-dressed synthetic turf in line with current outdoor specifications across Dubai venues. Floodlighting is fitted for play through to the small hours, supporting the late evening slots that dominate the booking calendar during the cooler months from October through April.

Booking and access for padel

Court bookings run through Playtomic. The cleanest route is to book a court on Playtomic using the app or web flow. Live rates, slot length and availability for all three courts are shown at the booking step.

Slots are offered in 60 and 90 minute lengths and pricing varies by time of day. Peak evening windows are priced above off-peak morning and afternoon sessions in line with the wider Dubai padel market.

Cancellation terms appear at the booking step on Playtomic and follow the platform’s standard windows. Racket hire is available at reception for guests who arrive without kit, and the on-site pro shop carries balls, grips and a small selection of rackets for sale.

Padel programme and social
