Xlite Padel Academy Middle East

Xlite Padel Academy Middle East is a three-court padel academy in Jumeirah 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Plus Code 6796+X5J. The site sits in the residential heart of the emirate, an easy drive from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Wasl Road.

The academy has built a strong local following, holding a 5.0 average across more than 20 Google reviews and appearing in regional padel directories such as the MyPadelWay Dubai guide. It is one of the highest-rated padel venues in the area.

The focus here is straightforward padel - three bookable courts, hands-on coaching and direct phone bookings - rather than a sprawling multi-sport complex. Players looking for padel at Xlite Padel Academy Middle East will find a compact, coach-led environment.

The padel courts

The academy operates three padel courts at its Jumeirah 1 site. Standard padel dimensions of 10m by 20m apply, with glass back walls and mesh side fencing in the regulation panoramic format used across Dubai academies.

Floodlighting allows play into the evening, an important consideration for the Dubai climate where most casual padel sessions sit outside the midday window. Cooler-month daytime play is comfortable across the autumn, winter and spring shoulder seasons.

The venue’s sports-club classification on Google and its coaching-led positioning suggest a setup designed around structured training as well as social games. Court availability is generally tightest at peak evening slots from 6pm onwards on weekday nights.

Booking and access

Court bookings at Xlite Padel Academy Middle East run through the academy directly. Call or message +971 50 771 6474 to check live availability, confirm pricing and reserve a slot. The team can also confirm peak and off-peak rates.

Hourly rates in Jumeirah typically sit in the AED 150 to AED 240 per court range for 60 minutes, with 90-minute slots common at most Dubai padel academies. The venue can confirm exact pricing per court and per player at the time of booking.

On-site parking is available. The Jumeirah 1 location offers easy approach from Al Wasl Road and Jumeirah Beach Road, and sits a short drive from Downtown Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Centre - practical for before-work and after-work sessions.

The venue can be located on Google Maps using the Plus Code 6796+X5J, which makes precise navigation easier for ride-hail drivers. Cancellation windows, prepaid packages and any current promotional rates are best confirmed by phone.

Padel programme and social

Coaching is the central pillar at Xlite. The team runs lessons across skill levels, from introductory sessions for players new to padel through to structured improver and competitive training. See the coaching tab on this listing for confirmed tiers and pricing.

Beyond one-to-one and group lessons, players can expect the usual Dubai academy programme structure - clinics, mix-in sessions and themed evenings. Specific tournament schedules, leagues and junior camps are confirmed seasonally and the academy is the right point of contact.

The compact court count means private sessions and small groups are the more common formats. Players interested in regular small-group coaching can ask about block bookings and standing weekly slots when calling.

Best for

Xlite Padel Academy Middle East suits players based in Jumeirah, Al Satwa, Al Wasl and the surrounding residential districts who want a compact, coach-led setup. It works well for improvers who want regular court time backed by on-site coaching.

Groups of four arranging private sessions through the academy directly will find the format works well. The strong Google rating from local players signals a consistent on-court experience and attentive coaching staff.

It is less suited to players looking for a multi-sport club with pool, gym or restaurant facilities on-site, or those who prefer to book through Playtomic - bookings here go through the academy by phone. Check current availability before travelling.

Xlite Padel Academy Middle East runs an in-house coaching programme covering beginner, improver and competitive levels. Current coach line-up and tier pricing are confirmed by the academy directly.
