Padel Club at Mytton

Padel Club at Mytton is a four-court outdoor padel facility set in the grounds of Mytton Fold Hotel at Whalley Road, Langho, Blackburn BB6 8AB. The site sits in the heart of the Ribble Valley in East Lancashire.

The club opened in 2025 as the hotel’s purpose-built padel venue. It runs seven days a week from 6am to 10pm, welcoming members, hotel guests and public players from across Lancashire and the wider North West.

The site sits just off the A59 between Blackburn and Clitheroe, around fifteen minutes from the M6 at junction 31. The padel courts

The club has four outdoor double padel courts built to standard 10m x 20m dimensions, each fitted with full glass back walls and LED floodlighting. Play continues comfortably from early morning into the late evening.

The courts sit in an open setting with views across the hotel grounds and the layout leaves room for spectator seating between the cages. The venue is LTA registered, which means it follows national safeguarding and competition standards used across British padel.

Rackets and balls can be hired at reception for players who turn up without kit, and there is a small store on site for replacement grips and accessories. The hotel grounds also include the wider Mytton Fold estate, with garden views from the court fencing on clear days.

Booking and access for padel

Court bookings are handled through Playtomic. Off-peak slots start from around £25 per court for 60 minutes, rising to roughly £32 per court at peak evening and weekend times. That works out at about £6.25 to £8 per person for doubles.

The club is open every day from 6am to 10pm, including bank holidays. Standard Playtomic cancellation rules apply, with free cancellation typically up to 24 hours before the slot. Members get 10% off court bookings plus discounts on food and drink at Jules Restaurant.

Programme and social padel

The venue runs a regular Americano calendar through Playtomic, with both beginner and advanced formats priced from £16 per player. These rotating-partner sessions are the easiest way for new arrivals to meet other players, and entries cap at sixteen across the four courts.

Alongside the social calendar, the courtside bar serves hot drinks, freshly made smoothies, fresh juice shots, Trip Mindful Blends and Vital Waters throughout the day. Jules Restaurant covers full meals before and after play, and the hotel can also arrange snacks and drinks packages for private group bookings.

Membership packages, including junior and family options, can be arranged via reception. Members receive 10% off court bookings, free use of the shower and changing room facilities, and food and drink discounts at Jules. Public pay-and-play bookings remain available alongside the membership tiers.

Best for padel in Langho

Padel Club at Mytton suits Ribble Valley and East Lancashire players who want a tidy four-court outdoor venue with proper hospitality attached. The combination of floodlit courts, on-site restaurant, free parking and hotel rooms makes it well suited to weekend group bookings and overnight visits.

It is less ideal for players who specifically want indoor courts during heavy winter weather, or those looking for a dedicated high-performance academy.
