Powerleague Mill Hill

Powerleague Mill Hill opened four outdoor padel courts in March 2026 at the established Powerleague football centre at 31 Pursley Rd, London NW7 2BB. The site sits in the Mill Hill area of north-west London, just off the A1 and A41 trunk roads.

The M1 (junction 2) and the A406 North Circular are both a short drive away, making the centre an easy stop for players across Barnet, Hendon, Edgware and Finchley. Mill Hill Broadway and Mill Hill East stations also serve the area for Thameslink and Northern line travellers.

The launch adds padel to a long-running Powerleague site already known for 5-a-side football leagues, social play and corporate hire. You can find the venue, opening hours and current rates on the official Powerleague Mill Hill padel page, with live court availability handled through Playtomic.

The padel courts

There are four double padel courts at Powerleague Mill Hill. All four are outdoor, panoramic-glass courts built to standard 20m x 10m doubles dimensions, with floodlighting for evening sessions and an all-weather playing surface that keeps games running through the British winter.

The courts are uncanopied, so play is exposed to the elements, but the all-weather surface drains quickly between showers. Rackets and balls are available to hire on site through the venue’s Babolat partnership, and Powerleague players receive 10% off any Babolat padel gear bought through the partner store.

Babolat has been making racket sports equipment since 1875 and is a regular choice for professional padel players, so the rental kit on site is well above the entry-level standard you find at many casual venues.

Booking padel and access

Court hire is handled through Playtomic. You can book a court at Powerleague Mill Hill on Playtomic in 60 or 90-minute slots, with live rates and availability shown at the booking step. The standard cancellation window is 12 hours before your reservation.

Opening hours run from 07:00 to 22:30 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 22:30 on Saturday and Sunday, giving early-morning and late-evening play options around the working week. The venue is contactable on +44 20 8201 1200 for group bookings, corporate days and general enquiries.

Free on-site parking, changing rooms with showers, lockers, WiFi, vending machines and a licensed bar and cafeteria are all available at the centre. The site is geared up for groups, so multiple courts can be reserved together for tournaments or club nights.

Programme and social

Powerleague Mill Hill runs a mix of pay-and-play sessions, organised tournaments and structured padel lessons. Tournaments are framed around friendly, short-format matches that encourage community spirit rather than purely competitive play, making them suitable for newer players stepping up from their first few sessions.

Padel lessons cover beginner, intermediate and advanced levels with qualified coaches, focusing on technique, tactics and confidence on court. Lessons are booked through the Academy tab in the Playtomic app, and the pay-and-play model means solo players can join open sessions to find teammates rather than needing a fixed four every time.

Because Mill Hill sits within the wider Powerleague network, the site also handles corporate days, venue hire and mixed-sport events that combine padel with 5-a-side football for team building, stag and hen groups, birthday parties and company away days.

Best for

Powerleague Mill Hill suits north-west London players who want flexible, app-led booking, four floodlit outdoor courts and a multi-sport base with bar and parking on the doorstep. The pay-and-play and lessons mix works for beginners, social groups, corporate teams and regulars looking for a local home court in NW7.

It is less suited to players who specifically want indoor or fully canopied courts year-round, or to those after a members-only club environment. For fully covered all-weather play in the wider network, sister sites such as Powerleague Romford and Powerleague Shoreditch are worth a look.

Powerleague Mill Hill runs in-house padel coaching across beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, with qualified coaches focused on technique, tactics and confidence. Lessons are booked through the Academy tab in the Playtomic app.
