That Padel Club Tuxford is a fully indoor padel club at Unit 40C Ollerton Rd, Tuxford, Newark NG22 0PQ, UK. It has four indoor courts in total, three doubles courts and one singles court, with free on-site parking, showers and a bar. Every court is booked on Playtomic.

All four courts at That Padel Club Tuxford, named Padel 1 to Padel 4, are indoor and panoramic, with glass walls that give players and spectators a clear view of the rallies. Three are doubles courts and one is a singles court. A spectator viewing area overlooks the courts.

The singles court in Tuxford is built for two players who want a faster, more physical game with more running. It has its own lower price, which makes it a sensible choice for one to one practice or a hard training hit.

Before you play, there is a warm-up area run in collaboration with Manor House Fitness. Afterwards, there are 2 showers, changing facilities and lockers, so you can come straight from work or head on somewhere afterwards. Wifi runs through the venue.

Booking and access in Tuxford

All court bookings at That Padel Club Tuxford go through Playtomic, for members and guests alike. Prices change through the week, and off-peak play is the cheapest way onto the doubles courts.

Off-peak, Monday to Friday 05:30 to 4pm: £24 for 60 minutes and £36 for 90 minutes. Peak, Monday to Friday 4pm to 11pm: £36 for 60 minutes and £48 for 90 minutes.

On Saturday morning, 6am to 12pm, a doubles court costs £36 for 60 minutes and £48 for 90 minutes. On Sunday, 6am to 11pm, it is £36 for 60 minutes and £48 for 90 minutes.

The singles court costs £24 for 60 minutes and £36 for 90 minutes, Monday to Sunday from 05:30 to 11pm. Every price is per court, so a £36 peak hour on a doubles court split between four players works out at £9 each.

Rackets are left by the courts for free use off-peak, Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm. At peak times, 4pm to 10pm on weekdays and at weekends, racket hire is £3 at the bar. Balls come from the on-site ball vending machine.

Programme and social

Coaching at That Padel Club Tuxford runs with coach Ryan, who offers private one to one lessons and level-specific group sessions. Coaching is suitable for all levels, from beginners to competitive players, and group sessions are booked on Playtomic like a court.

Group sessions and socials take place throughout the week, and they are fun, inclusive and level-specific, so you play with people of a similar standard. Members also get access to member-only socials and events.

The TPC Annual Membership costs £240 a year, or £20 a month on the monthly plan. Members get 25% off court bookings, 10% off drinks, food, apparel, rackets and balls, and can book 21 days in advance.

The bar has a soft seating area and a self-serve Lavazza coffee machine. The bar and café open 5pm to 10pm on weekdays and 8am to 10pm at weekends. There is also space for catering with kitchen access, and the venue is available for private events.
