The Courts at The Regent’s Park are The Royal Parks’ larger central padel offering, opened 2024 with two outdoor floodlit panoramic courts at York Bridge inside The Regent’s Park. Run by Park Sports.
The courts share the wider Park’s tennis facilities and Royal-Parks setting that puts them among the most centrally located outdoor padel courts in the capital. Sister Royal Parks padel at Hyde Park (a single court on the south side).
The courts
Two outdoor panoramic courts on synthetic grass at York Bridge inside The Regent’s Park. Floodlit through evening play. Open-top, weather-dependent. Opened 2024.
Booking and access
Pay-and-play £35 to £40 an hour through the Royal Parks booking page. Booking opens daily at 7am for slots up to seven days ahead. Six-week padel courses available for all levels. Closest stations: Regent’s Park (Bakerloo), Baker Street (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Circle, Metropolitan, H&C) and Great Portland Street (Circle, Metropolitan, H&C), all around a 10-minute walk.
Programme and social
The Royal Parks setting brings the wider Park’s tennis facilities, cafes and walks alongside the padel. Park Sports runs structured six-week padel courses for all levels, plus regular beginner intros and 1-on-1 sessions through the in-house coaching team. Group bookings handled through the Royal Parks booking system.
Best for
Marylebone, Camden and central-London players who want outdoor padel walking distance from a major Royal Park, visitors combining padel with a Regent’s Park visit, and players willing to pay the central-zone premium for the location rather than the build. Less suited to anyone wanting indoor cover or chain-tier pricing.
