Tipton Sports Academy Padel

I wanted to take the time to leave some feedback for a wonderful member of your team, Joanne, at Tipton Sports Academy. My mum and I were due to attend our first ever reformer Pilates class at Wednesbury however unfortunately we made a genuine mistake and went to Tipton Sports Academy instead. We had travelled for around 50 minutes so we were understandably disappointed when we realised our mistake. Joanne was absolutely lovely from the moment we spoke to her. She immediately went above and beyond to help us. She contacted Wednesbury on our behalf to explain what had happened and make sure that we wouldn’t receive a strike on our profiles that could potentially prevent us from attending future classes. She also asked for the class to be reimbursed, which we really appreciated. What meant even more to us was that Joanne then spoke to her manager and arranged for my mum and me to attend the yoga class that was about to start at Tipton, as we had unfortunately missed the Pilates class. This was incredibly kind and thoughtful of her. It was actually my mum’s birthday yesterday, and I had bought the classes as one of her birthday presents, so I was genuinely so happy that, thanks to Joanne, we didn’t have to go home feeling like we had made a 50-minute journey for nothing. She completely turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into a really positive one. Joanne was impeccable throughout. She was kind, understanding, proactive and genuinely wanted to help us. She is honestly a credit to the academy and I really hope she receives the recognition she deserves for the way she treated us. Please pass on our huge thanks to Joanne. My mum and I really appreciated everything she did for us and it made such a difference to our day. Thank you so much, Joanne!

Nothing bad comes to mind, expensive? Maybe.
