Padel Haus Greenpoint is a four-court indoor padel venue at 12 Berry Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249, on the Greenpoint waterfront.
The venue opened October 2024 as the second Brooklyn site for the Padel Haus US chain, following the Williamsburg flagship at 307 Kent Ave. Founded 2022 by Santiago Gomez and Federico Cribiore, the wider Padel Haus network now spans NYC plus Atlanta and Nashville.
The courts
Four indoor padel courts under climate control with full LED lighting, on synthetic grass following the Padel Haus network specification.
Each court is built to standard 20m x 10m spec with tempered glass walls and panoramic sightlines. The climate-controlled hall removes weather dependency entirely - consistent temperature and humidity year-round, no winter cancellations.
Booking and access
Court hire runs through the Padel Haus internal system at bookings.padel.haus - create an account, pick your slot, pay online. No Playtomic at this site or any Padel Haus venue.
Standard non-member court hire follows the network rate of $55 per person per hour. Racket rental is $10 and ball rental is $10. Membership tiers start at around $155 per month with priority booking and discounted rates - confirm exact tiers via bookings.padel.haus.
The venue is open daily 07:00 to 23:00 in line with the Padel Haus network standard. The Greenpoint waterfront site sits a short walk from the G train (Greenpoint Avenue) and the East River Ferry Greenpoint stop, with metered street parking around Berry Street. Direct enquiries via greenpoint@padel.haus or +1 917-970-0177.
Programme and social
In-house coaching runs through the Padel Haus Academy, the same program operating across the Padel Haus US network. Group clinics and private lessons across all levels, plus junior programming for ages 4 to 12 through the Tennis Innovators partnership.
Adult master classes follow the network standard of around $90 per session, with lower rates for entry-level group sessions. Private lessons and Tennis Innovators junior packages are priced on request via bookings.padel.haus.
The wellness floor includes an Aviron rowing fitness studio, steam room, juice bar and members’ lounge. The on-site pro shop stocks rackets and equipment for purchase or rental. Spa-style locker rooms with premium grooming products complete the brand’s club model.
Best for
North Brooklyn, Greenpoint and Williamsburg players who want indoor year-round padel with the integrated Padel Haus wellness offer. The G train and East River Ferry access make the venue convenient for cross-borough players.
Sister venues for cross-Brooklyn play include Padel Haus Williamsburg at 307 Kent Ave (4 indoor + 3 rooftop courts) and Padel Haus DUMBO across the East River. Members get cross-access across all Padel Haus sites including Atlanta and Nashville.
Less suited to anyone wanting outdoor rooftop play - that experience sits at the Williamsburg flagship - or pay-and-play casual access without account creation - the booking flow assumes registration.
