About Padel& Syosset
Padel& Syosset is the Long Island flagship of Swedish brand Padel and, on the second floor of the Long Island Sports Hub at 165 Eileen Way Suite 200, Syosset, NY 11791. The club sits just off Robbins Lane and the Long Island Expressway (I-495).
The location gives Nassau County players a fast route in from Jericho, Woodbury, Plainview and Hicksville. Founders Rikard and Markus Hellqvist opened their first padel club in Stockholm in 2018, and chose Syosset as their first New York suburban location.
The venue spans roughly 15,000 square feet and is built around a community-first idea. The brothers describe the ampersand in the brand as everything that surrounds the sport, the music, the energy, the people and the culture, and the Syosset space reflects that with a lounge, pro shop and locker rooms.
The padel courts
The club has four indoor doubles padel courts, listed on Playtomic as Padel 1, 2, 3 and 4 and all built to a panoramic glass specification. Ceiling height is 25 feet, comfortably above the regulation minimum and giving lobs and bandeja shots room to breathe.
The courts sit under permanent indoor lighting on the second floor of the Sports Hub, so play is unaffected by Long Island weather and runs year round. Walls and ceiling follow the same soundproofed approach used at the sister Greenpoint site, keeping court noise contained at peak times. Match balls and rental rackets are stocked at the pro shop.
Booking and access
Court bookings run through Playtomic. You can book a court at Padel and Syosset on Playtomic in 60, 90 or 120 minute slots, or use the venue website at padeland.us/syosset.
Non-member court rental is listed at $220 per court per hour, which works out to roughly $55 per player in a standard doubles match. Open play competition entry is $75 and academy classes start from $85 for a 90 minute session.
The club is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Founding memberships are available at $100 per month for individuals, $175 for couples and $250 for families on top of a one-time registration fee. Members get discounted court time and priority booking 14 days in advance.
Members also receive two complimentary guest passes a month and access to the Adidas League. Free parking sits right next to the building and the entrance is step-free, with elevator access to the second floor. For bookings or member queries call (516) 513-1271 or email syosset@padeland.us, with a WhatsApp community line at (516) 761-9129.
Programme and social padel
Padel& Syosset runs a steady programme of open play sessions, in-house leagues and the members-only Adidas League across the four padel courts. Monthly complimentary clinics are included with founding membership, and one-off open play entry sits at $75.
A junior pathway covers kids and teen training, alongside personalized coaching for adults working from beginner up to advanced standard. The club’s programme details and event calendar are published on the venue site and shared through the Instagram handle @padelandsyosset.
Off-court, the lounge area, a pro shop stocked with Adidas Padel, Osaka and Siux gear, and locker rooms with sauna and cold plunge make it easy to stay for food, recovery or coffee after a match.
Best for padel in Syosset
This is a strong fit for Long Island players who want a recognized Swedish padel brand close to home rather than driving into Brooklyn for the sister club at Padel and Greenpoint. The 25-foot ceiling, panoramic glass courts and recovery amenities will suit serious players and competitive doubles groups.
Founding membership pricing also makes regular play workable for couples and families in Nassau County. Casual one-off players who only want pay-and-play tennis-style drop-ins may find the membership-led model less flexible, and the venue is indoor only, so anyone specifically looking for outdoor padel courts will need to look elsewhere on Long Island.

Update: Experience has improved a bit over past weeks. Overall 3 star now. Original: 1 star. I have been to this facility now 3 times and each time experience got worse, amplified by the fact that we usually visit with out of country guests. The manager/pro does not really seem to have any interest in his mannerism and acts like he is doing us a favor even talking to us which was our experience the second time we came. Last time was just unbelievable- Saturday about 8pm we have 8 guests. We are in the parking lot and few guys walk out including the manager. He can see a group of people and he did not bother for a second to interact with us. We go up to the facility and its light off and locked up. We really wanted to try but better off making the drive and going to Roslyn facility or Cityview than deal with this lack of professionalism. Good facility, not worth dealing with management with no mannerism - seems like someone is playing on the house’s money and will be a shame if this place closes down it had potential.
Beautiful facility and a great experience overall. I enjoyed a match and then relaxed in the sauna afterward. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helped me choose the exact paddle I was looking for. Excellent service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Great club, really enjoyed my time here. Courts are in top shape and everything’s clean and well run. But honestly, it’s the staff that makes the difference — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They make you feel at home from the second you walk in. Definitely coming back.
Padel& Syosset is a really nice new padel club with good courts and a friendly atmosphere. Booking through Playtomic is easy, and the members league is a fun way to play more matches and meet other players. Overall, a really great place to learn and play padel!
