Padel Square USA

Padel Square USA is a six-court indoor padel club at 5700 Transportation Boulevard, Garfield Heights, OH 44125, on the southeast side of Cleveland in the Highland Park Business Park, occupying a converted commercial building roughly fifteen minutes from downtown.

The venue sits a short drive from I-480 and I-77, with free on-site parking and easy access from downtown Cleveland and the broader Cuyahoga County area. It opened on 1 January 2026 as the first dedicated padel facility in Ohio.

The club was founded by four local padel enthusiasts who wanted to introduce the sport to the Midwest racket scene. You can find more on the club at padel-square.com, with social updates on Instagram (@padelsquare.us) and a Facebook page under Padel Square USA.

The padel courts

Padel Square USA has six panoramic doubles courts, all indoor, plus two indoor pickleball courts for cross-sport play. The padel courts are numbered Padel 1 through Padel 6 on the booking system.

Each court has modern synthetic playing surfaces and full glass back walls that suit the panoramic format. Indoor LED lighting covers every court, and a separate training ball machine bay is available for solo practice and drills.

Because every court is indoor and climate-controlled, weather is never a factor. Cleveland winters and summer humidity stay outside, which makes the venue a year-round option for casual hitters and players training for tournaments.

Booking padel and access

Court bookings run through Playtomic. You can book a court at Padel Square USA on Playtomic in 60-minute or 90-minute slots, with live availability and pricing visible at the booking step.

Walk-ins are welcome subject to court availability, and the front desk recognizes drop-ins for open play sessions and casual matches. To contact the venue directly call (216) 202-9735 or email info@padel-square.com, and the front desk can help match new players into mixed games.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 22:00, Saturday 8:00 to 22:00, and Sunday 8:00 to 18:00. Free on-site parking serves the building, with disabled access and step-free entry to the playing area.

Cancellation policy, prepaid credit packs, and any promotional bundles are handled inside the Playtomic app at the time of booking. The club also runs occasional specialized rates for off-peak slots.

Padel programme and social

The club runs Intro to Padel sessions for newcomers, weekly beginner and intermediate clinics, and structured open play for players who want a quick game without organizing a four. Mix-ins and seasonal tournaments fill out the calendar.

The founders are growing leagues, youth programs, and inter-club events through 2026, with a clear push to position the venue as the regional center for competitive Midwest padel and an entry point for racket sport players new to the format.

Off court, the building has a lounge area with coffee, espresso, snacks, and comfortable seating, plus a pro shop stocking rackets, paddles, balls, and overgrips. Equipment rentals are available at reception for first-timers.

A separate fitness area inside the building houses Hyrox, CrossFit-style, and general gym equipment for cross-training between matches. The venue runs detailed in-house coaching across all ability levels - see the coaching tab on this listing for tiers and pricing.

Best for padel in Cleveland

Padel Square USA suits Cleveland and Cuyahoga County players who want a fully indoor, climate-controlled padel venue with consistent court conditions, a clear Playtomic booking flow, and on-site coaching for beginner through intermediate levels.

The combined café, pro shop, and fitness area make it more of a destination club than a courts-only operation. It is less suited to players who specifically want outdoor courts or full singles courts.

For competitive league players who travel for tournaments, the venue is best treated as a strong year-round practice and clinic base while the local tournament calendar continues to grow across northeast Ohio.

Padel Square USA runs in-house coaching with Intro to Padel sessions, weekly beginner and intermediate clinics, private lessons, and structured open play across all six indoor courts.
