About SLC Padel Club
SLC Padel Club is Utah’s first dedicated padel facility, located at 2269 S 1200 W Suite 105 in Woods Cross, UT 84087. The site sits just off I-15 in Davis County, a short drive north of downtown Salt Lake City and an easy hop from the airport.
Founded by Pedro Bautista in September 2025, the club opened with three indoor panoramic courts and has since added a fourth premium court for private and corporate play. It runs as a year-round, climate-controlled home for padel in the Beehive State, with bookings handled through slcpadelclub.com via PlayByPoint.
Bautista, a Venezuelan-born biomedical engineer who moved to Utah via Florida, saw a clear gap in the local racquet sports market after watching padel grow in Miami and Europe. The result is a community-first club pairing serious court infrastructure with social spaces designed to extend the experience beyond the 90-minute session.
The padel courts
SLC Padel Club has four indoor panoramic courts inside a climate-controlled facility. All four sit under a permanent roof, so play is unaffected by Utah’s mountain weather, summer heat or winter snow. The courts are dedicated doubles built to standard padel specifications.
The panoramic glass walls give a clean, modern look and a true competition feel. Enhanced LED lighting is fitted across all courts, with the fourth premium court built for private bookings, corporate events and VIP gatherings with elevated finishes.
Demo racquets are available to try before buying, and the on-site pro shop carries premium racquets, bags, grips, balls and apparel for members and drop-in players who need rentals or replacements.
Booking and access
Bookings run through PlayByPoint at slcpadelclub.playbypoint.com. Non-member rates are $20 per person at peak and $16 per person off-peak. A standard 90-minute session works out at roughly $30 per player at peak, or about $120 per court.
Peak is Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm and weekends after 10am. Off-peak covers Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10am. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 6am to 10pm and Sunday 8am to 7pm.
Memberships start at $79 per month for Sunrise (6am to 10am access) and Student plans, with Daytime at $129 and Premium at $249. Corporate Daytime ($599) and Corporate Premium ($999) each cover up to five people across the company.
Email info@slcpadelclub.com or call (321) 429-7473 for the latest plan details and trial offers. Ample on-site parking is available at the Suite 105 commercial unit, and the venue has step-free access and accessible facilities throughout the building.
Padel programme and social
The programme is anchored by drop-in open play, leagues and rotating social formats. Tapas Tuesdays mixes rotating partners with shared food on court, family-oriented Sunday pricing brings in households, and a developing mom’s club caters to daytime players looking for a regular group.
Year-round events, tournaments and themed nights run from the on-site social lounge with VIP court views, which works as a clubhouse before and after sessions. The venue runs coaching through certified RSPA pros - see the coaching tab for tiers, coaches and how to book individual or group lessons via PlayByPoint.
Best for padel in Woods Cross
SLC Padel Club suits players from total beginners through to competitive 4.0-plus, Utah transplants reconnecting with the sport, and corporate groups looking for a premium private court. The pro shop, demo racquets, RSPA-certified coaches and structured intro sessions make it an easy first stop for anyone new to padel.
It is less suited to players hunting cheap pay-and-play on outdoor concrete. This is a premium indoor product, priced and built for a Utah climate where outdoor padel is not yet a year-round option.
With a near-flawless five-star review record and its place in Utah padel history as the state’s first dedicated club, SLC Padel Club sits at the centre of the local scene and at the heart of how the sport is taking root in the Mountain West.
