Padel is a racket sport that is played by four people on an enclosed glass court. It is one of the fastest growing sports in the UAE, and Abu Dhabi is building courts quickly to keep up. This guide ranks the best padel clubs in Abu Dhabi using two hard signals: Google star rating and total review count.
The ranking covers dedicated padel venues only. Several of the city’s most reviewed places to play, including Abu Dhabi Country Club, 321 Sports and Fahid Beach Club, are hotels, resorts and multi-sport complexes whose Google reviews reflect the whole property rather than the padel court, so they sit in a separate section below. Every club below links to its full Padeli profile and, where available, its official Playtomic booking page.
The figures come from Padeli’s live directory of Abu Dhabi clubs, each checked against its Google Business Profile in July 2026. Where a court count is not verified, this guide says so rather than guess.
Key takeaways: padel in Abu Dhabi at a glance
- Abu Dhabi has around 42 dedicated padel clubs in the Padeli directory as of July 2026, holding at least 111 courts across the 30 clubs with a verified count.
- Dedicated venues average a 4.6 Google rating; 16 clubs rate between 4.8 and 5.0.
- Forza Padel is the best padel club overall, at 4.9 from more than 300 reviews, the rare mix of a near-perfect score and real volume.
- Gaby Reca Padel Academy holds a perfect 5.0 from 247 reviews, the highest-volume five-star record in the city.
- The main island holds the most clubs, but padel is spreading fast to Mussafah, the southern suburbs and the new islands.
- Court hire runs from about AED 75 off-peak to AED 550 at peak, with most clubs in the AED 150 to AED 350 band.
- Nearly every club takes bookings through Playtomic, the dominant app in the UAE.
State of padel in Abu Dhabi 2026: the numbers
Abu Dhabi has around 42 dedicated padel clubs and at least 111 verified courts as of July 2026, with a citywide average Google rating of 4.6 across dedicated venues, per Padeli data. This count excludes hotels, resorts, country clubs and multi-sport complexes that also offer padel; counting those, the wider directory is larger. Growth has spread out from the main island to the new islands and the southern suburbs, a sign that padel is following Abu Dhabi’s residential expansion rather than staying downtown.

Clubs by area in Abu Dhabi
In our analysis, the main island still holds the most courts, with around 18 dedicated clubs clustered around the Corniche, Al Khalidiyah, Al Bateen and the central districts. Beyond it, Mussafah and the southern suburbs have become a second hub with about 10 clubs, while the new leisure islands, Yas, Saadiyat, Al Reem, Al Maryah, Al Fahid and Hudayriyat, together add a growing cluster of waterfront courts.
Government backing is clear too. The Abu Dhabi Sports Council runs the Abu Dhabi Padel League across the emirate, part of the wider UAE boom tracked by the International Padel Federation.
Ratings, courts and court-hire prices: budget to premium
Ratings skew high: 16 of the 42 dedicated clubs sit between 4.8 and 5.0, and another 18 between 4.5 and 4.7. The cheapest verified off-peak rate is around AED 75 an hour at value clubs such as Sky mark GT Padel, while premium island and beach venues reach AED 400 to AED 550 at peak.
Most clubs land between AED 150 and AED 350. A growing number run indoor, climate-controlled courts, which is what keeps padel playable through the July and August heat.

How we ranked the best padel clubs in Abu Dhabi
Padeli ranked these clubs on two objective signals: Google star rating and total review count. We verified each on the venue’s Google Business Profile in July 2026. Review count carries the most weight, because our data shows it tracks sustained demand. To keep the list credible, only clubs rating 4.3 or above were featured.
Several of Abu Dhabi’s most reviewed places to play padel sit inside hotels, resorts, country clubs and multi-sport complexes whose Google profile counts thousands of reviews for the whole property, not the padel court. We left those venues out of the main ranking to keep the comparison fair, and list them separately below; they still appear in the full Abu Dhabi directory. We also set aside one venue whose review count could not be verified against its Google profile.
Court counts, areas and prices were checked against Padeli’s listing data and, per Playtomic, each club’s live booking page. Clubs were not paid to appear, and no personal-visit claims are made. Where a fact could not be confirmed, it was left out. The result is our ranking of the best padel clubs in Abu Dhabi for dedicated, glass-court play.

Padel at hotels, resorts and sports clubs in Abu Dhabi
Some of Abu Dhabi’s busiest padel courts sit inside larger venues, hotels, resorts, country clubs and multi-sport complexes. These are great places to play, but their Google ratings count reviews for the whole property, not the padel court, so they are not directly comparable with the dedicated clubs above. They remain in the full Padeli directory:
- Abu Dhabi Country Club in Shakhbout City, a members’ club with six padel courts alongside its wider sports facilities.
- 321 Sports on Hudayriyat Island, a waterfront sports hub with padel among football, a running track and a gym.
- Active Al Maryah on Al Maryah Island, a large sports and recreation complex with several padel courts.
- Fahid Beach Club by Barbossa on Al Fahid Island, a beach club with two glass courts beside the pool and restaurant.
- Al Forsan Padel Tennis at the Al Forsan International Sports Resort, padel within a full adventure and sports resort.
Where to play padel by area in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Island and the Corniche
The main island holds the densest cluster. Forza Padel and Sky mark GT Padel anchor the Corniche and Al Khalidiyah, while Lets Padel Outdoor sits in the hotel grounds at Al Bateen and ESS Padel Corniche runs courts by the water nearby. Gaby Reca Padel Academy covers the financial district on Al Maryah Island, and Padel Kingdom adds a large indoor hall in Al Manhal. It is the easiest part of the city to find a court quickly.
The leisure islands: Yas, Saadiyat, Al Fahid and Hudayriyat
The new islands are where padel meets a day out. Yas Beach Padel, Marina Padel and A PADEL Yas Plaza put courts on Yas Island beside the beach and the racing circuit. For a beach-club or resort setting, Fahid Beach Club on Al Fahid Island and 321 Sports on Hudayriyat also offer padel. These venues are outdoor and best from October to April.
Khalifa City and the eastern suburbs
Out toward the airport and Khalifa City, clubs such as CF Padel Academy and Gulf Star Sports serve the growing suburbs. They tend to be quieter and cheaper than the island venues, which suits regular players who want a reliable weekly slot.
Mussafah, MBZ and the southern suburbs
South of the bridges, The Padel Project, Padelmania and Amigos Padel lead on indoor courts in Mussafah, with more clubs across Mohammed Bin Zayed and Shakhbout City. Padel 8 at Al Samha covers the northern edge for players commuting to Dubai. This belt is the value end of the market and the best bet for summer indoor play.
