The best women’s padel racket for most players is a light, round racket with a soft fibreglass face, and the NOX X-Aura 2026 is our pick at £69.99 (about $92 or €82). It is also one of the best pink padel rackets you can buy. Improving players should look at the pale pink Wilson Blade LS V4 at £138.99, and advanced players at the adidas Cross It Light, Marta Ortega’s racket, at £161.45. A women’s racket is not a different product, just a lighter one, usually 345 to 360g, so anyone can use one. Last updated: October 2026.

What makes a racket a women’s padel racket
Mostly the weight. Brands label a racket as a women’s model when it is lighter than their standard version, usually somewhere between 345 and 360g against 360g and up for most standard rackets. The balance is often moved closer to the handle too, so it feels quicker in your hand.
Beyond that, the materials, the shapes and the cores are the same. Plenty of men play with these rackets, especially at the net or with a sore elbow, and plenty of strong women players use a standard racket. So choose by your level and how heavy a racket feels to you, then choose the colour.

1. NOX X-Aura 2026, best pink racket for beginners
This is the racket we would hand to a friend on her first few weeks of padel. It is round with a low balance, so the sweet spot sits in the middle of the face and the racket feels light at the end of your arm. That makes it very forgiving when you mistime a shot.

The face is fibreglass over NOX’s HR3 foam, so the ball comes off with a bit of help and you do not have to swing hard to reach the back glass. It is also a good-looking racket, white with a bright pink X, which is half the reason people search for a pink racket in the first place.
What you get: Round shape, low balance, fibreglass faces, HR3 EVA core, white and pink. NOX does not publish a weight for it.
Price and where to buy: £69.99 at Padel Market, down from £104.99, so about $92 or €82.
Who it is for: Beginners who want a forgiving racket that looks the part.

The Optix V2 Lite is a lighter cousin of the Optix V1, which sits at the top of our beginner guide. At 355g with the weight low in the handle it is easy to move, so you get the racket up in time at the net and your arm is not aching after an hour.

It is round, with a fibreglass face and a soft foam core, and it is built for control rather than power. If you are coming to padel with no racket sport behind you, this is the kind of racket that lets you learn the game rather than fight the racket.
What you get: Round shape, 355g, low balance, fibreglass faces, soft foam core, lilac or white.
Price and where to buy: £68.99 at Padel Market, down from £85.99, so about $91 or €81.
Who it is for: Complete beginners, and anyone who finds a standard racket tiring.

Bullpadel makes the Indiga in several versions, and the W is the light one aimed at women. It is round with a low balance, and it has soft glass-fibre faces over a soft EVA core. The frame is carbon, though, which makes it a little stiffer and more durable than the cheapest rackets here.

Bullpadel calls it ultralight without giving a figure, and it is a racket that rewards steady, placed shots rather than big hitting. It is not pink, but the white face with coral trim is a nice alternative if you want something softer than black.
What you get: Round shape, low balance, 38mm profile, glass-fibre faces, carbon frame, soft EVA core.
Price and where to buy: £69.99 at Padel Market, down from £78.99, so about $92 or €82.
Who it is for: Beginners who already play a bit and want a racket that will last into their second year.

Once you are playing a couple of times a week, a round racket can start to feel a little flat on your volleys and smashes. The Blade LS is the step up. It is a teardrop, so the sweet spot sits a little higher and you get more pop when you attack, but at 355g with a medium balance it is still light and easy to handle.

The LS is the lighter, softer version of the Blade. The face and frame are fibreglass and the core is soft foam, so it stays comfortable on the arm. The all-pink finish makes it one of the few properly pink rackets from a major brand.
What you get: Teardrop shape, 355g, medium balance, fibreglass faces and frame, soft foam core, pale pink.
Price and where to buy: £138.99 at Padel Market, so about $183 or €163.
Who it is for: Improving players who want more power without a heavier racket.

The Elite W is Gemma Triay’s racket, and Triay has been world number one, so this is a serious piece of kit rather than a light racket with a pretty paint job. The hybrid shape sits between teardrop and diamond, which gives you real power on the smash while keeping enough control for the long rallies.

At 345 to 360g with a medium balance it is light for a racket at this level. The carbon frame and MultiEva core give it a firmer, faster feel than the beginner rackets above. Last year’s model is a good saving on the 2026 version, which costs £19.04 more.
What you get: Hybrid shape, 345 to 360g, medium balance, carbon frame, MultiEva core, peach and teal on white.
Price and where to buy: £135.95 at Padel Nuestro, down from £254.95, so about $179 or €160. The 2026 version is £154.99 at Padel Market, and Padel Nuestro also sells the 2025 racket in a pack with a Bullpadel Tour bag for £174.95.
Who it is for: Advanced players and regular competitors who want an attacking racket that is still light.

This is Marta Ortega’s racket, and it is the most powerful one on this list. It is round, which is unusual for a top-level racket and keeps it forgiving, but the faces are carbon with an aluminised coating, which makes them stiff so the ball leaves the racket fast.

At 345 to 360g it is light, with a medium balance and a soft EVA core to take some of the sting out. It needs a good swing to get the best from it, so it is wasted on a beginner, but for a strong player who wants a light racket it is excellent.
What you get: Round shape, 345 to 360g, medium balance, aluminised carbon faces, carbon frame, soft EVA core, rose and gold.
Price and where to buy: £161.45 at Padel Nuestro, down from £254.95, so about $213 or €190. It is £184.99 at Padel Market.
Who it is for: Advanced players with a fast swing who want power from a light racket.

- Royal Padel 36 Aniversario Pink Light 2026. The brightest pink racket going, a hot pink teardrop at 350 to 365g with a soft glass-fibre face. It is £221.99 at Padel Market, which is a lot for a racket of this type, so buy it for the looks.
- NOX X-One Silhouette 2026. A grey and black round racket that NOX designed for women players, at 350 to 365g. It is £60.31 at Padel Nuestro, and it is also in our cheap padel rackets guide.
- Bullpadel Vertex 05 W 2026. Delfi Brea’s turquoise diamond racket, at 350 to 360g, for advanced attacking players. It is £154.99 at Padel Market.
Where to find a pink padel racket
Proper pink rackets from the big brands are rarer than you would think, because most brands save pink for one model a season. The ones above are the best we know of. They run from the white and pink NOX X-Aura at the cheap end to the Wilson Blade LS V4 and the hot pink Royal Padel at the top.
You will find plenty more on Amazon, but many of them are unbranded rackets with names you will not recognise. Carbon claims in the title mean a stiffer racket, which is not what most players starting out need, so stick to a brand you know if you can.

How to choose a women’s padel racket
Weight
Most women are comfortable between 345 and 360g. Go lighter if you have had elbow or shoulder trouble or you are still building strength, and heavier if you want more stability when the ball comes at you hard. A 10g difference sounds tiny, but you will feel it by the end of a long match.
Shape
Round rackets are the most forgiving and the best place to start. Teardrop rackets add power and suit improving players, and diamond rackets are for advanced players who hit the ball hard and cleanly.
Face material
A fibreglass face is softer and does more of the work for you, which is what you want while you are learning. Carbon faces are stiffer and more powerful, but they need a faster swing and they are harder on the arm.

Women’s padel racket FAQ
What is the best women’s padel racket?
For most players, a light round racket with a fibreglass face. The NOX X-Aura 2026 at £69.99 is our pick for beginners, the Wilson Blade LS V4 at £138.99 for improving players and the adidas Cross It Light 2026 at £161.45 for advanced players.
What is the difference between a women’s and a men’s padel racket?
Mainly the weight. Women’s rackets are usually 345 to 360g, against 360g or more for most standard rackets, and they often have the balance closer to the handle. The materials and shapes are the same, so anyone can use either.
What weight of padel racket should a woman use?
Most women are comfortable between 345 and 360g. Lighter suits beginners and anyone with elbow or shoulder trouble, and heavier gives more stability for stronger players.
Where can I buy a pink padel racket?
Good pink rackets include the NOX X-Aura 2026, the Wilson Blade LS V4 Pink 2026 and the Royal Padel 36 Aniversario Pink Light, all at Padel Market. Amazon has many more, though most are from unknown brands.
Can men use a women’s padel racket?
Yes. A women’s racket is simply a lighter version, and plenty of men use one, especially players who spend a lot of time at the net or have had arm trouble.
Is a pink padel racket any worse than other rackets?
No. The colour is just the paint. A pink racket from a major brand is built the same way as the rest of that brand’s range, so choose on weight, shape and level first.
