Ballers

Ballers is a multi-sport facility on 810 Dubai Fountain Street, Downtown Dubai, UAE. Opened in June 2022, the venue spans over 80,000 square feet and sits directly beneath the Burj Khalifa. Ballers padel is run in partnership with the Gaby Reca Padel Academy, founded by former world number one and five-time World Padel Champion Gabriel Reca.

Beyond padel, the complex houses football pitches, a rugby pitch, a boutique gym fitted with Technogym equipment, a yoga and pilates studio, and the La Gente Roastery cafe. The facility is open daily from 06:00 to midnight, seven days a week including public holidays.

Parking is free on site for all visitors. Changing rooms with lockers are available, along with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the venue.

The padel courts

Ballers has six outdoor padel courts, all built to standard international dimensions of 20 metres by 10 metres. The courts carry World Padel Tour approval and use Mondoturf crystal surfaces. Each court is individually bookable through Playtomic as Padel 1 through Padel 6.

The outdoor setting means matches are played under the Downtown Dubai skyline with direct views of the Burj Khalifa. Courts are floodlit for evening sessions, keeping play available right up to the midnight closing time. Racket hire is available on site for players who arrive without their own equipment.

Booking and access

Courts are booked through Playtomic. A 60-minute session costs 270 AED per court, which works out to roughly 68 AED per person in a standard doubles match. A 90-minute session is 400 AED per court, approximately 100 AED per person.

Pricing is consistent across all time slots with no peak or off-peak variation. Ballers is open from 06:00 to 00:00 every day, including weekends and public holidays.

The venue sits on Dubai Fountain Street in the Burj Khalifa District, easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Free parking is available on site for all visitors.

Padel programme and social

The Gaby Reca Padel Academy runs the coaching programme at Ballers. Gabriel Reca himself designed the curriculum, and his certified coaching team delivers sessions covering technical stroke development, match strategy, and mental resilience.

Private one-on-one lessons cost 400 AED for 60 minutes. Group sessions for two players run at 230 AED per person, groups of three at 175 AED per person, and groups of four at 145 AED per person. See the coaching tab for full tier and pricing details.

Multi-session packages are available. A five-session private block costs 1,800 AED and a ten-session block costs 3,200 AED, saving up to 200 AED and 800 AED respectively.

Ballers runs regular social padel sessions, bringing together players from across Dubai’s growing padel community. The venue also hosts tournaments and events throughout the year.

After playing, the La Gente Roastery cafe serves specialty coffee, fresh juices, and a range of healthy food options. The cafe area doubles as a social space where players can unwind and watch matches from the sideline.

Ballers suits players who want high-quality padel courts in a central Downtown Dubai location. The Gaby Reca Academy partnership makes it a strong choice for anyone serious about improving through structured coaching.

The multi-sport setup and cafe appeal to groups where not everyone plays padel. Friends or family can use the gym, join a fitness class, or relax in the cafe while others are on court.

The venue is less suited to players looking for indoor courts or those wanting covered play during Dubai’s hotter months. All six courts are fully outdoor with no shade structure.

With disabled access confirmed, free parking, and a location minutes from the Dubai Mall and DIFC, Ballers is one of the most accessible padel venues in the city. The midnight closing time accommodates players who prefer cooler evening sessions during the summer.
