Altitude Padel sits inside the Altitude sports complex at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Al Ruqa Al Hamra, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It is widely cited as the first dedicated padel facility in Sharjah.

The club now operates six padel courts alongside two outdoor tennis courts. The padel courts

Altitude Padel has six padel courts in total: three indoor courts under a permanent roof and three outdoor courts open to the sky. Indoor courts allow play through the hotter months and into the evening with controlled lighting, while the outdoor courts come into their own during the cooler season.

All six are full-size doubles courts with glass back walls and a metal mesh surround, which is the standard configuration for competitive matchplay and league nights in the Gulf. Surface and lighting specifics appear to follow the Spanish-spec padel standards used widely across the UAE.

The two outdoor tennis courts share the racket-sports zone but sit separate from the padel block, so peak-hour padel bookings are not affected by tennis sessions running alongside.

Live rates and any seasonal packages are confirmed at the time of booking, and members of the wider Altitude facility benefit from priority access and reduced rates. Cancellation and rescheduling are handled directly by the padel team, so flagging changes as early as possible during peak evening hours is recommended.

The club is open seven days a week for bookings and coaching. Parking is plentiful and shared with the Golf and Shooting Club, and the main reception sits next to the padel zone. Disabled access through the wider site is step-free at the main entrance and across the Altitude area.

Padel programme and social

Altitude Padel runs a year-round programme of social mix-ins, ladies’ nights, junior sessions and adult clinics across both indoor and outdoor courts. Tournament events are scheduled across the cooler months and are usually co-promoted on the club’s Instagram and Facebook channels.
