2 months agoI wouldn't recommend this franchise one bit. Their attitude towards customers who are non members, stink rotten! I've used this particular branch multiple times before on a pay as you go on the day, no issues, no questions. However today some young josbsworth at Holmes Chapel branch decided to deploy unfriendly interrogation tactics, resulting in turning away non members away, paying customers I might add ! By demanding my personal details and form filling to be put on 'their' system in order just for me to use the facilities. Stating it's group policy. This is corporate bullying, outlandish, outrageous underhanded and haughty staff behaviour. Not to mention data harvesting of peoples private information when the customer has expressed verbally to the staff they don't want their details on their system or join as a member. They choose to pay entry admission, use the facilities anonymously and go! What's wrong with people and companies today? You don't have to give your name and address to buy at supermarkets or restaurants or clothes or shoes.

9 months agoThese gyms are amazing, really good equipment, lovely staff. I feel like you get so so much for your membership: access to multiple gyms, swimming, sauna, fitness classes if I had the time I would be there every day!! So good

a year agoBeen a member of this gym at Nantwich for the past 2 years. Absolutely no facilities for the fees you charge which is nearly £40 a month. You don’t have separate charge rooms, showers and wash sinks for people who use the gym, it’s all combined with the ones who use the swimming pool. You do not have drinking water filling stations for gym users which is such an inconvenience in this summer. On top of which the gym floor is used by your trainers to train people during busy times- there should be a studio separately to have this done. You can pick a cue or two from PureGym that only charges half your price from members. And you should have more Pilates and yoga classes over the weekend for people who work on the weekdays. Ridiculous!
