Brampton Heath Golf and Padel

Brampton Heath Golf and Padel sits on the Brampton Heath Golf Centre site at Sandy Lane, Church Brampton, Northampton NN6 8AX. The location is a short drive north-west of Northampton town centre via the A5199, with easy access from the A14 and M1 Junction 16.

The padel facility opened to the public at the start of 2025, adding four covered courts to a venue that has been a fixture of Northamptonshire sport for over twenty-five years. Memberships and pay-and-play are both available.

Courts are bookable through Playtomic, and the clubhouse, pro shop, changing rooms and parking that already served the golf side are shared with padel guests. The combined covered roof, full lighting and 07:00 to 22:00 schedule mean year-round play in any weather.

Full venue details, live court availability and contact information are kept up to date on the official Brampton Heath padel site.

The padel courts

There are four panoramic doubles courts, all branded Mejorset Panoramic RC-10. The full-glass back walls and side panels are typical of the Mejorset RC-10 specification, giving spectators a clear view of the action and producing the clean rebound you expect from a Spanish-spec court.

All four courts sit under a single industrial canopy with open sides, so rain stays off the courts. The roof keeps rain off the surface and lighting allows comfortable evening sessions while the open sides keep airflow moving.

Rackets and tubes of balls are available to hire at the desk, and both are also stocked for sale in the on-site pro shop.

Booking padel and access

Bookings run through Playtomic. From the venue page on Playtomic you can reserve a Brampton Heath padel court in either the app or the web booker, with payment at the point of booking and standard Playtomic cancellation rules.

Headline rates (effective 1 March 2026) are £34.00 per court for 60 minutes peak and £51.00 per court for 90 minutes peak. That works out at £8.50 and £12.75 per player in a four.

Off-peak slots are £28.00 per court for 60 minutes (£7.00 per player) and £42.00 per court for 90 minutes (£10.50 per player). Peak is Mon-Fri 16:00-22:00 and all day at the weekend; off-peak is Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00. Racket hire is £3 and a tube of three balls is £2.

The site is open seven days a week, 07:00 to 22:00, with food served until 20:00 and snacks and drinks until 22:00. Free on-site parking is plentiful and the building has step-free access. The desk is on +44 1604 843939 or info@bhgc.co.uk.

Programme and social padel

Coaching at the venue is delivered by SG Padel, with head coach Dan running individual lessons and group classes. These include Introduction to Padel and Forehand Technique sessions for newer players. Group sessions start from around £12 per player; full tiers are on the coaching tab.

Beyond formal lessons, the venue runs a WhatsApp community for mix-ins and social play, plus ad-hoc beginner sessions and informal in-house games. For coaching enquiries or group bookings, contact the padel team on dan@bhgc.co.uk or +44 1604 843939.

The clubhouse pro shop also stocks rackets, grips, balls and clothing for players upgrading their kit between sessions.
