Padel Power

Padel Power is Northampton’s home of indoor padel, set at Unit 1, Kingsfield Business Park, Gladstone Road, Northampton NN5 7PP. The site sits just off the A4500 and a short drive from junction 16 of the M1.

The club opened in April 2026 inside a converted warehouse on the west side of the town. That makes it one of the largest dedicated padel venues in Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands, with parking on-site at the business park unit.

The padel courts

Padel Power runs nine indoor panoramic padel courts in total: seven full-size doubles courts and two singles courts. The doubles courts carry sponsor names such as The Power Court, NexGen Business Finance, Mask Plumbing Solutions, AIT Home Delivery, JDA Roofing Specialists, Hybrid Constructions and ENMASE Group.

The two singles courts are branded EMME Digital Marketing and Quantum Padel. All nine sit under a single warehouse roof with pro-level LED lighting, so play is consistent from early morning through to late evening, whatever the weather outside.

The site also includes a dedicated pickleball court and a table tennis area, which gives members an easy way to mix racket sports in one visit. Glass back walls and the panoramic side panels make the courts well-suited to spectators and league fixtures, and several courts are available for 12-month sponsorship partnerships with local businesses.

Booking and access at Padel Power

Court hire is priced per court with peak and off-peak bands across the week, and live rates show at the booking step on Playtomic. Off-peak slots suit daytime players and coaching, while peak pricing applies during evenings and weekends.

Standard membership is £145 per year at launch, rising to £165 from 1 May. Member benefits include 18-day advance booking, 15 per cent off off-peak padel, 10 per cent off peak padel, 10 per cent off pickleball and free table tennis. The club is open daily from 06:00 to 23:00.

Padel programme and social

Leagues are a core part of the offer, with seven formats running from launch: Men’s, Women’s, Mixed Doubles, Veterans, Student, Juniors and Corporate & Social. Members also get access to organised mix-ins and structured social sessions on the indoor courts.

The club’s three-tier loyalty app - Power Start, Power Play and Power Elite - rewards minutes on court with discounts on coaching, racket hire and the bar and cafe. The app is available on Apple App Store and Google Play.

Best for

Padel Power suits Northampton-area players who want a serious, year-round indoor base: regular leaguers, juniors progressing through the Academy, social groups looking for organised mix-ins, and corporates booking team days or sponsored court packages on the panoramic courts at Kingsfield Business Park.

It is less of a fit for players who only want outdoor courts or a casual, drop-in feel - this is a membership-led, programme-heavy club. If you want a quick taster before committing, the loyalty app and pay-as-you-go Playtomic bookings make a one-off visit straightforward.
