Padel Clube USA

Padel Clube USA opened on December 3, 2022 at 939 Tower Road, Mundelein, IL 60060 as the Midwest’s first dedicated padel facility. The club was founded by Rudi and Menchi Kalil, who discovered padel in Portugal in January 2021 through coaches Stefano Valenti and Nuno Pinto.

The venue runs as a community-focused club with a stated mission to develop padel across the Midwest. A 4.9-star Google rating from nearly 50 reviews reflects a consistent welcome from the owners, the on-site coaching team, and a growing member base that spans first-timers through to tournament-ready competitors.

Beyond the courts themselves, Padel Clube USA functions as a true club hub for the wider Chicago padel community. The building combines court time, a Wilson pro shop, an in-house restaurant and a lounge area where players socialise before and after sessions, with regular events, leagues and clinics built into the calendar.

The padel courts at Padel Clube

Padel Clube USA operates seven courts in total. The main hall houses six fully enclosed indoor panoramic courts, with one additional seasonal outdoor court available from late spring through autumn.

The indoor courts run year-round under LED floodlighting and are climate-controlled, with heating in operation from October through April. Each court is laid to standard 20m x 10m dimensions with glass back walls and synthetic turf, set up for doubles play.

Spectator viewing is built into the layout so league nights and tournaments draw a crowd without crowding the courts. The pro shop and restaurant sit alongside the courts, making it easy to grab a coffee or a paddle review between games.

Booking padel and access at Padel Clube USA

Court reservations run through Playtomic with live rates shown at the booking step. Standard rates are $100 for a 60-minute court, $150 for 90 minutes and $200 for 120 minutes, with a shorter 75-minute slot at $37.50 per player when booked through the in-house system.

Best for padel in Mundelein and Chicago

Padel Clube USA suits Chicago-area players who want a year-round indoor home for padel, a structured coaching pathway, and an active league and social calendar throughout the week.

The Wilson pro shop, in-house restaurant and seven Wilson-equipped courts make it the most complete padel venue in Illinois today, and the obvious first stop for any new player across Lake County and the northwest Chicago suburbs looking to learn the game.

Padel Clube USA runs a full coaching programme led by club professional Nico Palacio, with private one-to-one lessons, small-group sessions, structured weekly clinics and dedicated training and recovery work. The coaching team caters for complete beginners through to tournament-ready competitors, with juniors and adults handled separately and players grouped by level.

Lesson formats are designed to plug into the same booking system as open court time, so members and casual players can move between social play, clinics and structured one-to-one work without leaving the club. To book lessons or join a clinic, email info@padelclube.com.
