About Kingdom of Padel
Kingdom of Padel is a 6-court padel club at 4645 Morena Blvd, San Diego, CA 92117, sitting in the Bay Park neighborhood just off the 5 freeway. Founders Fernando Garcia Sotelo and Francisco “Chisko” Angel opened the doors in October 2025, building one of the first purpose-built padel destinations on the West Coast.
The facility blends 4 indoor padel courts, 2 outdoor padel courts, 3 pickleball courts, TrackMan golf simulators, a full fitness studio, and a beer-and-wine sports bar into one venue. Walk-up open play is welcome alongside the membership program. Find the club at kingdomofpadel.com or on Instagram @kingdompadelsd.
The club positions itself as San Diego’s social padel home: an all-day venue where players can warm up in the gym, take a clinic, grab a drink at the bar, and book a court without leaving the building. Parking is on-site and the location is a short drive from Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego.
The padel courts
Kingdom of Padel runs 6 panoramic glass padel courts in total - 4 indoor and 2 outdoor - with artificial turf playing surfaces and LED lighting across the venue. The indoor lineup includes the branded CELSIUS Court and NINE GLOW Court alongside Indoor-Padel 3 and Indoor-Padel 4.
Outdoor-Padel 5 and Outdoor-Padel 6 sit in the outdoor section, giving players the classic California experience of glass-walled padel under open sky. The indoor bay is climate-controlled, which matters on Santa Ana days or in winter rain.
Court conditions are kept consistent across the venue, so league and tournament play stays fair regardless of which court you draw. Ball machines are available on request, and rental rackets are on hand at the pro shop for newcomers and visitors.
Booking and access
All padel court reservations run through Kingdom of Padel on Playtomic. Live court availability, hourly rates, peak and off-peak pricing, and cancellation terms are all visible in the app before you confirm.
The club accepts walk-in open play sessions as well as advance bookings, so visitors do not need a membership to get on court. Members get extended booking windows of 9, 14, or 16 days depending on tier. Email info@kingdomofpadel.com for group bookings, corporate events, or court hire questions.
Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to midnight, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The bar, gym, and pro shop keep similar hours, so a session at Kingdom of Padel can easily turn into a full half-day at the venue.
Programme and social
Coaching is led by an in-house team of certified padel professionals running private lessons, group clinics, and academy sessions. Academy classes start at $35 for a 60-minute group session, with private lessons and specialized clinics priced higher.
Members receive a 20% discount on lessons, clinics, and the ball machine. Junior and adult programs both run weekly, and bespoke corporate sessions can be arranged for team-building events with up to 24 players.
The social calendar covers open play sessions for mixed levels, in-house leagues, tournaments with entry fees from $7 to $45, ladies’ nights, and beginner-friendly intro events. The sports bar, gym, TrackMan golf simulators, and pickleball courts keep the venue busy outside court time. A pet-friendly policy in designated areas adds to the atmosphere.
Best for
Kingdom of Padel suits San Diego players who want a one-stop padel club with high-quality courts, structured coaching, and a real social scene. It works for beginners taking a first lesson, intermediate players joining a league, and competitive players entering tournaments.
The mixed-sport setup also makes it a strong pick for families or friend groups where not everyone plays padel - pickleball and golf simulators are right there. Membership tiers run from $49 to $500 per month, so the venue scales from occasional player to all-in regular.

Great spot to hang out and play. Restrooms have lockers and showers. There’s so many things to do, the place is huge. They sell food upstairs. There’s places to sit all over for those who are just watching. I would highly recommend to anyone.
We are always very please with their promptness in communication and also attending to some of our requests. The facility is always clean. We love that they have a restaurant/bar. The staff are all friendly and very helpful.
