What makes a padel shoe suit hot UAE courts?
A shoe for hot courts needs an upper that lets air through, on top of the grip and side support every padel shoe needs. Open mesh and ventilated uppers are the features to choose.
On 30 August 2026 the National Centre of Meteorology recorded 50.1°C at Bada Dafas in the Al Dhafrah region, the country’s highest reading that Sunday. Of the 242 courts at 65 Dubai clubs, 139 are outdoor.

Which sole suits UAE padel courts?
Herringbone is the usual choice for sand-dressed outdoor courts, omni for firmer courts with little sand, and hybrid if you move between the two.
UAE courts are synthetic turf with or without sand, and Padel Point calls them mostly outdoor and sand-dressed. Padel Point and TennisShop.ae both point to herringbone or hybrid soles on sand-based turf, and TennisShop.ae also names hybrid or omni in its answer on UAE courts. Choose herringbone if you slide into shots and play mostly on sanded courts, and omni for firmer, low-sand courts or a locked-in feel, the split Padel Life Shop recommends. Club Padel in Al Quoz, which sells shoes in its club shop, also recommends herringbone.
Go by the surface as well as the label, because some indoor courts use artificial grass with light sand, which needs extra grip. The retailer Padelshop.com recommends herringbone outdoors on sandy turf, a hybrid sole for mixed courts, and omni or flat soles indoors where there is little sand. If you are new to padel or on a budget
If you also play some tennis, the HEAD Revolt Court Men Shoes White makes sense at AED 275 at EL Padel, marked down from AED 400. It is made for casual weekend players and serious beginners, with a breathable mesh upper and a hybrid outsole that also suits recreational tennis. If you play indoors or on low-sand turf

Start with a wider last. The retailer Padel Market says toes that keep rubbing are a sign you need a wider fit. For women, Padel Market calls the Babolat Sensa a wide fit, and EL Padel has the BABOLAT Sensa Women Padel Shoes 2026 Coral White at AED 600.
No padel shoe is sold in a labelled 2E width, so the shape of the last matters more than the brand, as our wide feet guide explains. With adidas, Padel Market singles out particular models, so we would not assume the whole range is roomy. One it names for women is the adidas CrazyQuick LS, for its toe box space; EL Padel has the ADIDAS Crazyquick Lightstrike Women Padel Shoes 2026 at AED 599. Fit can also shift slightly from one season to the next within a brand.
For narrow feet, Padel Market says the Asics Gel Resolution X Padel has a close, contoured fit and the Bullpadel Xplo PL Tour Final 26V has a narrow last with a strong heel lock.
